Ordered online for pickup and specified a time per their online ordering.
Arrived on time and my order had not even been started. Had ordered for six people so it took almost 30 minutes for them to prepare my order.
Not sure why you need to select a pickup time if they are not going have it ready at that time?? It WAS NOT a busy time so that cannot be used as an excuse.
On the plus side: food was good. We ordered a variety of items. Kids hamburger, chicken nuggets, smoked chicken salad, country fried steak, sliced brisket, okra, baked beans, sweet corn, green beans, fries and rolls. All was the food was very enjoyable.

First visit, I was told by the OKC car rental employee, that this was the best BBQ in the area. I liked the pork ribs, but wished they were baby back. The Mexican street corn was really good. Okra was good flavor, but I a little salty. White bread roll was really good and mild BBQ sauce was excellent.
Very good, friendly, table side service.
After your meal, you can get a free vanilla/chocolate ice cream.
Plenty of free parking, but located in a slightly sketchy part of town.

My wife and I stopped in at Swadley’s on Valentine’s Day. My wife’s birthday is on 2/10 and mine is on 2/17, so we wanted to try something new for a multi-event celebration, and Swadley’s did not disappoint. We had the rib dinner–it was scrumptious! The baked potatoes were huge, the salad bar was delicious, and the Mexican sweet corn was fantastic.
Like most BBQ places, you order at the window, but then you sit down with your number and are served. Our server (Trevor) was prompt, friendly, and attentive, and the atmosphere was delightful. To top it off, we had some of the frosted chocolate cake…WOW…it was surprisingly delightful, not just a piece of cake. Everything about our experience tonight was superb, and I’m sure we’ll now be regulars!

First time here and it did not disappoint! Service was excellent (shout out to Ms. Dee) and the restaurant was clean. Everyone was very nice. The food was very delicious. The burnt ends were absolutely amazing! They literally fell apart in our mouth. It is a little pricey but we will be back for sure.

The Oklahoma sampler is the best. If you like bbq and variety, its the way to go. Some of the best sides too. The okra there, let me tell you. Cannot be beat. Phenomenal. Always great bbq to go or if there, great atmosphere…. only way you can get better than a 10 is add bologna to the menu. Either way, it’s fantastic!

Took my husband for his first ever Swadley’s and this location did not disappoint! He loves it. The decor set the mood for food, the menu was easy to follow and the waitress and staff was very helpful and pleasant My favorite is the turkey and chopped brisket with sweet beans and sweet corn.

Told my husband I was wanting catfish and since we were close stopped in at Swadley’s 2 catfish dinners at $40 total we got catfish pieces that tasted fishy, old burnt okra, dried hushpuppies and watery green beans. The mashed potatoes were good and so was the ice milk ice cream. That said the waitress was sweet but for the price of the meal I expected better food. Yes, it’s a BBQ place so I will look for good catfish elsewhere next time!

OH MY GOODNESS! BEST BBQ I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! WHEN I PASS AWAY I WANT TO BE BURIED WITH SWADLEYS BBQ SAUCE!!!!!! Everything was amazing…..literally everything. You will not be disappointed. The meat was so juicy, the sweet beans were incredible, the brisket was immaculate, the peach cobbler with ice cream was fantastic. This is by far my favorite BBQ place I’ve ever been too. My boyfriend really liked it too and he is a picker eater. I RATE THIS PLACE 100 GOLD STARS!!!!
