The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming. The pizza was ready in very short time after placing the order online. The pizza was super delicious, like always!

Ordered a chicken BBQ pizza. After cooking it I noticed that I didn’t taste or see any BBQ sauce on the pizza at all. I called and politely asked if I could bring it back and receive the same pizza but with BBQ sauce. Was told no. They said there was sauce on it, and if I wanted to be able to see and taste the sauce that I should have asked for extra sauce and gotten a thin crust instead of regular crust, neither of which were mentioned when I ordered. Staff was very rude.

Ordered a New Yorker and asked for extra sauce tonight, guy watched me tip too. There is literally almost no sauce at all.
I can’t see it or taste it. Do your employees relish in trying to spoil our experience when we ask for extra sauce…no sauce. I feel like they put a little sauce on the edge to fool us into thinking there was sauce throughout the pizza.
I have photos if you want to see them. I was the only person there. One guy came in for a container of something. Not backed up with orders. This is the third time the order was messed up. Will have to choose the papa murphy by the mall next time. They have been consistently good. This pizza was a huge disappointment. We love the pizza sauce, thats what makes your pizza great. Were they out of sauce- they should let us know. I also dont watch over them making the pizza, I trust they know what they’re doing…big mistake. I thought your employee would appreciate me not watching them make the pizza.

Pizza is good. Can be a little expensive if you pay full price but they have deals all the time, you just have to keep an eye out. Employees are always pleasant.

I would not have left a review if the manager who dealt with me had not been rude and unapologetic. The cinnamon round my husband grabbed was expired. The pizza upon baking was found to have fibers as the photo shows on the underside. The manager did replace both items but offered no apology, quite unfriendly. ♀️

Ordered a pizza to be delivered online from the corp website due to a broken foot. After 2 hours of waiting, sent my wife to the store to pick it up as the phone was not working so you could not call in and make inquires. Store employees said the lack of delivery was not their problem despite the order coming from the website, and they had not idea the phone was not working which is amazing as there would not have been any phone in orders on a Friday night. Employees including manager were unhelpful and rude, will not order from this store again.

Walked in and ordered two family size pizzas. Being a little busy and not paying attention I grabbed them and went home. My fiancé thought they looked a little small, after measuring them they turned out to be two mediums. Not only did I overpay for two mediums I now have a sleepover of girls who aren’t very thrilled with this. Can’t call the number listed for this location either. Not cool.

Lame – The kids working here lock up before closing time. Even if you get here before 8 (and are driving from a long distance like I was just to get pizza), don’t expect them to be open. Oh, they leave the lights on until 8, but the whole store is cleaned up. 8pm rolls around, they shut off the lights, and everyone is out within 30 seconds. Guess they want to get home early rather than serve customers.
