This was the perfect spot for delicious, friendly and comfortable to meet. I just had my first meal there and it was outstanding. It was tasty and authentic. I have an in-law from Jamaica who is an outstanding cook. This took me back to a the times where I got to enjoy his food. It was amazing and the portions were a very good size. This will be my first of many visits.

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!! I had the Jerk chicken with white rice and House gravy with Festival, cause I’ve never really had jerk chicken, AWESOME, then I had it with white rice I probably should have tried rice and peas and save the white for curry but it was still really great, BUT THE HOUSE GRAVYY BOYYYYYYY LET ME TELL YOU! IT..WAS… JUMPING!!! IDK what they mix it with or not but it was literally delicious like honestly, I poured it on my rice and chicken 10/10 I even dipped my festival in it, I would buy a large container just to have it was that good. But long story short this is definitely a place to eat ati usually don’t leave reviews but it deserved it.. I didn’t take a picture with the gravy cause I was inhaling the food by the time I realized lol

In a city where the majority of restaurants make the same food, I welcome this place for some variety. My wife was particularly interested in this place b/c she’s bored of the typical cuisine in Bismarck. We both ordered the jerk pork. I got mine with rice, rice and peas, and mixed veges (one is plain rice, other is seasoned.) Mixed it all up, put on the sauce. Delicious. The food was filling, not high in sodium, had a good blend of flavors, and didn’t make you feel like you junk. Tasted like a traditional home-cooked meal. It has a good location in the Mall especially for take-out orders like ours. The pricing is typical for restaurants in its class and the portion sizes are good. 5/5 we will have it again

This food is authentic. The people are great. Went in and cashier was super friendly. Found out it’s a family owned black business and I’m here for it! Everything was made with love and superior care. Felt the home in the food. Will be booking and catering for my baby shower in august. The restaurant is located inside the mall by the kiddie place and it’s super quiet and intimate. You’re welcome to sit in and enjoy the Caribbean music or take it home and try to savor waiting for that goodness. Will now be the spot for myself and fiancé

Already started eating before picture. But I love this chicken curry with beans, rice, and plantains! Feels like a home cooked meal. Great addition to bismarck!

I had a very great experience at this place, I had the jerk chicken and the curry! 10/10 for both! They also offer Jamaican sodas in a glass bottle and those were also very good!

We decided to try this place in the mall while shopping there and unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience. The location itself was clean and the woman who took our order was very nice. However, the food was disappointing. All the meats that we got were very cold and it was off putting. I’m not sure if it was supposed to be served cold, but if it was I would love to know but it didn’t make it very enjoyable to eat. Also the “sizes” seemed only to increase the rice that came with it not the meat and so to add that much more to the price but just get another scoop of rice seems steep. None of us finished our food and we were kinda bugged we spent almost 50 dollars for 3 meals (one small, medium, and large).

The food is so good. Always is hot and fresh and the festival bread is my favorite thing to get with my meal always gets all the sauce off the bottom

My wife and I love trying new places and supporting small “mom and pop” restaurants. When we saw this place at the Kirkwood Mall on a recent visit, we decided we wanted to eat there. We both highly recommend Suzzy’s for traditional Jamaican jerked chicken or pork. Good portions and friendly staff!
