Sushi KOO – A True Hidden Gem in BEVERLY HILLS
Sushi KOO is hands down one of the best quick stop sushi spots I’ve discovered in Los Angeles.
The California Roll and Avocado Roll are absolutely delicious — incredibly fresh, full of flavor, and portioned just right. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality you’re getting.
The restaurant is immaculately clean, and the chef is not only highly skilled but also attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere feels warm and personal — more like a family-owned neighborhood favorite than a commercial chain.
The service is top-notch: friendly, efficient, and genuine. Everyone makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in.
This has quickly become my go-to sushi spot in L.A. — truly a standout. Highly recommend!
Nice to meet you all, and looking forward to coming back soon.

Excellent on all levels! I was here 2/11/26 and the new owner/chef and his staff are ON IT! Gotta try the Mango Crunch roll (w/tempura shrimp). Everything is made in house, even the spicy mayo.

The staff here are so kind and attentive. Sushi absolutely melts in your mouth, it’s such high quality. Really thoughtful chef and waitress and had a great experience. Parking lot in front looks intimidating or like a pay lot, but it was free had a few spots available.

I love the convenience of online ordering. Everything was ready on time, And the lady was nice to tell me that they were closing earlier lately.
The taste and texture of the dragon roll, hand roll & miso soup are so awesome! But the portions of each item are small compared to most other places for the same price.

I don’t normally write reviews but the experience I just had was terrible. I’ve been here about two or three times and loved the food. I’ve recommended it to friends. The sushi is great and so is the price. I hope my issue can be addressed so I can come back. I just made an order through their website, toast. I called to make sure they had gotten it (because I got an email that said the order hadn’t been approved). They said they hadn’t received it and when I asked how I could get a refund the person on the other line said “I’m a bit busy right now” and hung up. I called a few times just to have my question answered and was hung up on again. I asked if the manager would be in later, not as a scare tactic, but genuinely cause they may understand how Toast works more and be able to issue me a refund or make it right. The line went silent and I was hung up on again. There was definitely an issue trying to convey where I ordered the food and I think something was lost in translation but still very rude. I hope to be refunded ASAP and have this made right cause I’d love to come back.

Gave enough sauce and presentation was beautiful. It was a valentines gift for my husband. Who we’ve been going there since 2006 when we graduated high school. Thank you!

Great place for sushi and anything to do with sashimi but I think the portion is too small and the price is not. If you go for the taste, just go! But if consider the price too, probably you’ll need twice the budget.
I ordered a few separate plates and the chef combined everything into the large plate (called family plate or something). What’s inside is not the original family plate. I usually spend $25 for a full meal in LA but, here, it’s actually like $50 for me alone to get full. The sashimi pieces are pretty small. The poke bowl was also small. The roll, also, very small.
They have macaron ice cream in a mango flavor but I think it tastes 100% more like melon. Yuzu drink was good!
Free parking! No validation! Restaurant has parking lot which is great considered the area it’s in.

I drove there to get an order to go. According to the reviews it was a good place. I was very disappointed when I got my bag, it was so light. The sushi are ridiculously small. I got 2 rolls and they were packed together in a small box and the box was not even full. By the way, taste was good. But I spent $20 for that small amount of food. Even supermarket’s sushi are bigger. Regardless of taste I won’t be back and I won’t recommend this place if you’re hungry

Been coming here for 10+ years. I’ve traveled to a lot of places but this place is truly the best sushi in the whole world. No matter how much I search I can never find anything that tastes similar to this place! The sauce is 1000/10 as well!
