I got an iced matcha and there was definitely way too much matcha powder added and it wasn’t even mixed all the way. There were a lot of chunks of powder in my drink and it was too dark & bitter. I’ve gotten iced matcha at other Starbucks locations and loved it so not sure what went wrong here…
The girl at the drive thru window also seemed annoyed by me and was rushing me along but I’m not sure why bc there was only one person in line behind me and no one inside at the time I went.

I ordered an iced matcha today and what I was handed looked like a cup of milk with the faintest tinge of green. Matcha is green, any trained barista knows this. The fact that it was passed off to me in that state is the real issue. They only offered to remake it after I pointed it out, she looked like she already knew it was wrong and didn’t care, but it should never have gotten that far.
This location is the only one where I consistently get these kinds of results. Sometimes the drinks come out great, but if they don’t, I’m left wondering how they ever made it to the window in the first place. Considering the menu boards literally show what the drink is supposed to look like, it makes no sense how a drink like that could be served.
And please save me with the “We’re sorry to hear about this, please contact us through our website” message. That doesn’t help anyone. What would help is simply making drinks to the standard that Starbucks sets and customers expect. Its really the bare minimum. The amount of times I have called their customer service line for refunds on wack drinks…

The consistency is horrible, I pick up coffee for my wife regularly and they mess up the drink 50% of the time. Today they didn’t top the drink with ice it’s 75% full and left out all the modifiers I asked for. So tired of spending 10$ on a lottery spin

I ordered a grande iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and it was full of ice with a shot of coffee. I also think it was a 12oz cup and not 16oz. This is why I get my coffee at 7 brew! Customer service wasn’t there either. Will not return.

Extremely disappointed with how this location handles accountability and customer service. When an issue arises, the response feels dismissive and inadequate. Rather than making things right in a meaningful way, the gesture offered felt more like a token than a resolution. I expected better from a company that claims to value its customers. Definitely reconsidering my visits in the future.

This location is decent overall, but they always seem to be out of oat milk. It’s a consistent issue, which is frustrating when it’s a staple for so many drinks. The staff is friendly, and the service is generally good, but the lack of inventory management knocks down the rating. Hoping they can fix this soon!
