Delicious food! Open extremely late which is great for the campus crowd. Quick service with a lot of employees at 11pm on a Sunday! Non stop door dash orders coming in. The meals were huge and easily don’t need an appetizer! Ask for extra and different sauces to try them!

I am a huge fan of SUS HI we ordered tonight for a belated birthday dinner. Paid 65 dollars. I got excited and went to dig in and realized my ginger is missing, my habanero sauce is missing, and worst of all there was ZERO seafood in my 20 dollar birthday burrito. I asked uber to fix it and they offered me 5 dollars back. Ok sure but why couldn’t I get a reorder for pickup or something? This is absurd both this location and uber lost faithful customers tonight.

Today is my 24th birthday. I didn’t do much as a typical sad I wanted to just rest and then go to church. I woke up realizing that I hadn’t eaten and made the mistake of stopping at high. I’ve worked there before I’ve been eating there since I was in high school so I definitely knew that it was potentially gonna be crowded at the time that I went so when I ordered at the kiosk, I made sure to say hey what’s the weight cause usually competent ninjas let the customers know if it’s gonna be a 20 minute wait and they told me like five minutes the seem to be manager on shift was like maybe I didn’t know I thought about that. I asked before I ordered I said OK no rush. I was just asking cause I’m trying to get to church. The order was placed as you can see by 6:20. I was talking to them at 6:15 asking how long it was gonna take do you wanna know when I left 20 minutes later and I left 20 minutes later after one of the associates joked about filling my food with cream cheese don’t worry I can take a joke except for when you’re gonna take 20 minutes you’re gonna stand in front of me joke about poisoning my food and then take 20 minutes to make it after I let you know that I need to go to church mind you you can tell that this picture is on the bathroom counter. I did not make it to church 0/10

Been going here since college, over a decade now, and love that they are continuing to expand across Orlando.
Very cool vibe, great staff, and delicious design your own rolls. The crab Rangoon are some of my fave. And the dipping sauce they come with is chef’s kiss.
Generous portions, a bit pricy, but well worth it.

You guys are incompetent, missing rice and sauce, Im not eating or paying for a limp salad. Its dinner time and door dash is saying wait 3 hours to be contacted. You can’t even pick up the damn phone the line disconnects. Shame on you. When a customer orders and pays, you need to include everything in their order and not rob them. I used to be a regular im done I can’t even contact you guys to resolve this issue. Your restaurant is absolute trash.

I am a costumer for almost three years now and it has been a solid experience every time. But today I went to order takeout and unfortunately my bowl came with jalapeños that I didn’t ask for. It was quite shocking when I took a bite and started to feel the heat. I know this is unusual for the place because I’ve been there many times but I have to admit that this was a bummer for me. Not to mention that it is a bit pricey now.

I went there to pick up food like 3 months ago. I was treated like garbage by a male worker with black hair. He was so racist. I told him the name of the order 7 times and he still did not understand the name. So I showed him my cell phone with the order name and he said:” you do not have to show me your cell phone” very rudely. I mean, what is the problem of showing him the cell phone after he made me repeat the name vocally like 7 times. He was just pretending not to understand me playing games with my accent!!!

Late… always late with delivery orders and show ZERO sense of urgency…. most of the time… they dont even know they have the order sitting there until the driver asks for it!!!! We as drivers are negatively impacted when the restaurant does not have the order done on time… if you cant support the orders…. shut uber off!!!! Hello. Can a manager address this

When this place first opened it was fun and easy to place an order. The food was always fresh and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Now with their poorly coded digital check in process the quality, service, value and excitement have lost its luster.
