I stopped at this Love’s on Saturday Jan 17, 2026. I ate here at Carl’s Jr on Saturday and Sunday 3 different times. Every time the employees were friendly and courteous. The food was hot and fresh. My order was correct every time.

Not bad for fast food. Came and stopped here for a quick bite. It’s convenient while getting gas. Easy in and easy out. Last time I had Carl’s Jr it was bad. But it was Idaho Springs. This place was pretty good. The wait was short for being noon. One thing I will say is that it was kind of expensive for what we got. We got two basic single patty burgers with a large fry, it was 18 bucks. Crazy for fast food.

It’s a minor inconvenience to most when your hours aren’t accurate. But to truck drivers that regularly drive 600+ miles per day and have up plan our route precisely, not knowing your true hours can make for nights where we end up not getting a halfway decent meal.

Stopped by 12/20/25 at about 12:00 pm. They forgot items and the amount of mayonnaise on my sandwich was absurd, it made it inedible. This experience was so bad and the food so gross I dont even know if I want Carl’s JR ever again. I certainly will never go to the loves truck stop location. Check your food before leaving this location!!!

Our family ate here for the last time. Tried it twice and both times a family member has fallen ill. They leave their burgers out too long. Burgers with a lot of sauce are mushy and patties are dried out. Both sicknesses have been from the chicken. Never again. The worst Carl’s Jr I have ever encountered.

Ordered a cheese burger kids meal and this is what they gave me as cheese . A small triangle piece . I was wondering why the lady came out laughing and smiling walking fast. I called manager and he seemed completely confused saying maybe they ran out … no regards to give me another burger with cheese or refund. Won’t b stopping here no more.

They don’t allow the app rewards. Also never enough sauce. They charge the same as a regular store without any of the benefits. For instance asking for a side of sauce, $2.50, is a third of a regular store. Never puts enough a sauce on any of the burgers. I know it sounds petty but every dollar counts. Best fries ever though.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Carl’s Jr. They used to be the best. No more. I ordered a char-broiled chicken. I got breaded chicken and it was so fried it was hard as a rock. So I just paid $6.59 for garbage. My husband got the biscuits and gravy. Biscuit was like a hockey puck. Awful.
