We went recently (July 2023) on a weekday at noon and the crowd was very light. We were able to walk right up to the counter and order. I got the Burrito Bowl which was BIG and very tasty. My friend ordered the Burrito which was very good, but also disappointingly small. After you order there is a baffling array of ~15 add-ons (sort of like a Subway) to add to your meal. I’d need to go 3 or 4 times to find a pleasant tasting and not so confusing combination. Some of the add-ons are added-cost, so my $9 Burrito Bowl ended up costing about $16… so if you’re on a budget, be aware and pick wisely.

We were very impressed with the organization of operations as people were lined up almost out the door. This streamlined organization continued every time we ate there. We walked in and the service was friendly and very fast and the atmosphere was upbeat and fun. The food was very fresh tasting and the price was very reasonable. My husband got a burrito and I had a bowl we did get the queso and guac. The chips were very fresh that came with our meals. The queso was creamy and had good chunks of jalapeno in it. I would say it was worth the money and time.

Ordered for lunch pick up at 10:45 and it was ready when I pulled up to the pick up window at 10:45 on the dot! Food was delicious. I love the freshness of all the vegetable ingredients. The surchero sauce was good. The spicy garlic salsa could’ve been spicier, but I like things really spicy, so I understand that it was probably spicy enough for the general population. The carnitas could’ve been a little softer, but was still yummy. The chicken was good too. Everything melded together beautifully in my burrito bowl so it was hard to pick out any one bad thing. They all complimented each other really well. I’d definitely stop here for another burrito bowl. For $11 it was enough food for 2 meals for me! Came with chips and salsa!

You know what?! New businesses can take a minute to get everything right. I went on opening day and the food was amazing. I had a burrito bowl. I went back again today and the food was good but not as great. Today I noticed that the portions were smaller. I could count the pieces of chicken on my hands in my burrito bowl. They will continue to get better though. Customer service is great and the manager, Jennifer is wonderful. I paid 12 bucks for my bowl, drink, chips, and small cheese dip. That is a great deal! Side note: For anyone that says it is bland, that would be their own fault since you tell them what you want on your plate. Way better than Moes!!

I’ve given this place far too many tries. While I admit the first handful of times I went, the food was pretty good! However, customer service and attentiveness has gone down TREMENDOUSLY. A few weeks ago, I placed a mobile order for loaded nachos and they were missing a meat, my salsa(s) and about 4 other toppings. I called to advise and the manager checked the receipt and my box to confirm the mixup. This is after I had to drive back from my house He was super nice and replaced my nachos himself. Fast forward to today, I specifically requested Queso on the nachos so that they wouldn’t forget yet again. Guess what? They forgot.. along with the lime and side of spicy garlic. At this point.. I am over it.
