This place use to have decent food but recently it seems like they changed cooks and maybe ownership as the quality has degraded significantly. The service is welcoming and friendly but the food taste bad. It doesn’t taste like authentic jamaican at all. Appears they have new ppl on the kitchen. I’ve tried multiple things from there lately (oxtail, salmon etc) and it all doesn’t taste good anymore. But what sparked the final straw for me is i ordered ackee and saltfish and it was extremely salty. Like inedible salty as if the person making it didnt know how ti make it and didnt soak the saltfish long enough. Sucks but this place is no longer it.

The food was absolutely delicious. We had many orders to place and it took no time to get us in and out. The food wasn’t hot but the portion size was MWAH which made up for that! The customer service was good. The smoothies was great. The smoothies weren’t the thickest bur flavor was there. The prices for our meals were unbeatable. I have not seen prices like that in a while so we had to take advantage. It seem like it is a staple in the community because after getting our orders there were a line out the door. They just earned a repeat customer! Glad I was able to experience some bomb Caribbean food.

I love this place. They have a great smoothie selection from energy smoothies to stress relief smoothies! Their food is also really good. They have vegetarian options as well as meat options all fresh and tasty. I had the chicken soup the other day because I had a cold, whatever they put in that soup burned the cold out of me Lolol! I’d Definitely recommend!

Delicious, authentic Caribbean fare and exceptional customer service, that’s what you get at Sunsplash. I had the pleasure of tasting their vegetarian stew peas, served with rice n’ peas and a side of plaintains. It was absolutely delish, as was the plant-based, peanut punch. No wonder the food finishes fast. I will definitely be back to trying the highly recommended spinach patties, and more from the juicebar.

I had the large curry goat meal with cabbage, a kale dish, a pumpkin dish with chickpeas and plantains with a guava groove drink. I’m still eating and thoroughly enjoying every delicious morsel. So good! Pleasantly surprised…ahhh

I remember I used to come to this spot when I was younger so I wanted to try their Ital Stew (vegan). When I arrived I found parking nearby. I walked in to asked if they took credit card and the lady said yes. I ordered the ital stew, rice and peas, kale and fried dumpling. I also ordered a pink Ting and water and it came to a little over $12. When I got home I dug in and I liked the fried dumpling. The ital stew wasn’t to my liking but I must say they gave me more than enough. I couldn’t even finish it all. All in all I had an ok experience.

I hate leaving negative reviews. But the food was not tasty at all. I had brown stew chicken. It was dry and lacked flavor. Customer service was good though and the price was great! Wish the food was better

Whew chile!! I couldn’t let Christmas pass by without my traditional Jamaican black cake. My brother recommended I try Sunsplash to get a small one for myself.
It’s a little pricey ($20 for small) but compared to other places the price was just right for me.
I cannot tell you how good this piece of cake was. It was packed with flavor!! Kudos to the baker .
Look at the richness in the cake!! I’m savoring the taste and eating just lil piece everyday to satisfy my “something sweet” craving

Stopped in for dinner The place is cool never a long wait Little congested in the area good food.. here I had the salmon w/ mixed vegetables white rice with heavy curry gravy… The jerk salmon, Caribbean is excellent Jamaican food pictured below.. spicy hot but not over the top I recommend!! I stop here to break monotony, half a dozen+ times and will again!

I went in to order 4 beef Pattie’s and 2 drinks, one fruit drink and one peanut punch and the peanut punch drink tasted horrible. I came on my lunch break and rushed back home and when I tasted the drink it was disgusting. I called the restaurant to see if I can switch it for a fruit drink instead and she told me because it was not sour that I couldn’t do so. I try my best to not complain about small stuff like this but this drink is $8.75 that’s expensive for a small drink. I asked if there was anything I could do and they told me since I didn’t complain in the store they cannot do anything.
So if I order a plate of food and don’t open and eat it in the store in front of them then nothing can be done? I’ve never had an issue with a restaurant trying to accommodate its customers that support them. My family and I will not be going there again.
