There were several employees working but the wait time to get our food was ridiculous. Then when we got our food the fries were extremely stale. This is unacceptable especially with the hike in prices at fast food restaurants

Currently under terrible management.
Service was worst I’ve had in my two years in town.
Food was completely disgusting.
Shake wasn’t even 2/3 full.
This isn’t a failure in one person this is on the entire team, multiple people went into their shortfalls.

I’m not really a fan of Burger King, as I never liked the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard running out all over the place. However, I love this Burger King. The sandwiches are not sloppy. The sandwich is just delicious. The fries are served hot and crispy. I’ve been back three times just making sure it wasn’t a fluke. Each time, the same result, unlike those others that same to serve cold or luke warm fries . This Burger King is located in Galion, Ohio . There is plenty of parking, easy access. The employees are really nice and allow the time needed to read the menu. I highly recommend this Burger King. I’ve been to several different Burger Kings in various states, and this is the only one I can ever remember recommending as a good place to eat. Kudos to Burger King in Galion, Ohio MY husband loves ❤️ this place.

I figured I’d give this place one more try. Placed a DoorDash order clearly the ticket says no mayonnaise and clearly the sandwiches are covered in mayonnaise. I don’t get it. Another 15 dollar loss.

This Burger King has really improved from where they used to be. Clean, friendly, nice BK. No reservations about eating here. Nice crispy fries! I like my Whopper with just ketchup, pickles and onion and they have got it right 3 times in a row. I’ll be back!

This location serves breakfast til 10:30am but literally every time I go there if it’s past 9:45am they are out of biscuits and push the croissant sandwich. I go there because I love the biscuit sandwiches. I don’t like the croissant because it’s always chewy like it was microwaved. If they don’t serve biscuits after 9:45am that should be on the menu!! I’ve put up with this for over a year at this location and I’m just tired of it. Serve what you say you have or remove it from the menu please!!

We called at 11pm (1 hr before close) & asked if they had any cookies left for the day. The gal on the phone was really kind and let me know they had only 1 lonely cookie left. We asked if they ever made any later in the evening or if people asked, like if we came through and ordered a dozen would it be okay? She didn’t hesitate to say “yeah let me check that I have a bag & if so I’d be happy to throw some in for you but itll be like 10-15 minutes” I said we had no issue waiting and thanked her.
When we went & ordered the cookies & couldn’t help but notice how they were so neatly packed! I don’t think she got a fleck of chocolate on the outside of the sleeves or on the bag at all LOL
She could have rushed and been irritated but she didn’t and idk I think that speaks for someone’s work ethic and character. It made the experience better thatd for sure. We’re both on the spectrum and often struggle with things being messy or sticky or gross so it was something that stood out to us and were thankful.
