Great place to sit outside with friends. We were disappointed with the food. Ordered.buffalo chicken dip and had like half of what they normally serve, told the waitress and she said yeah there’s usually more, I should have told the kitchen. We said go ahead we will take more. She did nothing for us. Ordered a chicken wrap and it was just ok. No sides except a bag of chips and they cost extra. Go for the atmosphere not the food.

Nice little place off the beaten path with a great view of the setting sun. The food and service is good. We recently rented a neat little clear plastic igloo outside the bar on a cool night to celebrate our anniversary. The igloo is heated and cozy, it sits eight comfortably, is private, and reasonably priced. The wait staff checked on us regularly and kept us supplied with food and beer.

Beautiful place to see the sunset, snap some pictures, and grab a drink and bite to eat. Went and saw fireworks over at JB Park. The food was great. 10/10 would recommend the garlic and cheese flatbread, pretzels, and cheese, as well as the cheesy roast beef and gurber sandwiches. Salad is also an excellent choice for a side.

We visited Sunset Overlook for the first time with some out of town friends. We’d heard good things but were very disappointed. Service was poor. Server kept telling us there were only 2 of them working and she was too busy and she said “ It will take me awhile to get back to you”. Honestly that’s not my problem and servers do not need to share that with guests. They didn’t have some of the items on the menu and to be honest the food was mediocre at best and overpriced for what we got. Drinks were fine and the sunset was pretty but I can see that from many places. We will not be going back and would never recommend this business to anyone.

Beautiful seating facing the sunset. Music was awesome, toasted ravioli was a bit over toasted but still tasty. They are dog friendly and have plenty of seating in doors and outside.

I’m giving The Sunset Overlook a solid 5 Stars but I won’t tell you why. Okay, I’ll give you a hint. The star attraction is all in the name. Make sure you arrive early enough to get a good table, order your dinner or appetizer and something to drink and PLEASE, don’t forget your camera / phone.

Received drinks then was ghosted. Watched everyone around us receive service for over 1/2 hour never once did anyone offer us service. So we had to go in and get check and be “Sunset Overlooked’ somewhere else. Paint the place too. We got as much attention as the paint chips falling off the place.
