I order online and pick up. Sometimes the wait is 30+ min even though the website says 10 min. They get really busy, just wish the site would estimate the pick up time appropriately. Also, they never greet you at all when you pick up. Your food is on a shelf right next to the employees and nobody has ever said hello to me. My food is always made correctly,

It was my first time at Rubio’s and the food was really great. I had a three taco plate and it really good. I had to customize it by myself by adding some lemon and sauce. I asked the server/cashier if the taco comes with any side and she said NO so I ordered a side of chips. Then the same server brought my order of taco which had a side of chips and the extra side of chips which was an extra order. Its a good alternative of La Vic.

First time here, they had a sign on the counter saying family meal for $32. I ordered it and the bill was $38.28 with tax. So I asked how much was the family meal. The girl at the front desk answered $35. So I said you should take the $32 sign off. I mean, it was literally false advertisement. And the girl rolled her eyes…SMH
