Well at first I was very excited to visit this location, the view from the balcony is amazing but only available during the warmer months!Coffee was perfect so I thought the food would follow suit. Nope! The home fries were a bit dry , the eggs Benedict lacking sauce * not enough provided * so they sat on a dry English Muffin, the little sauce I got was tasteful. I ordered 2 pancakes, they looked good, not enough butter provided and if you wanted real Maple Syrup you pay $2.50 extra * should have been included in the price oh well! The gentleman who gave us a seat, young fellow, hardly spoke, mute? Shy? Who knows! No courtesy or manners? The waitress must have been having a hard day she also didn’t speak much! However the place still managed to bring a good crowd so they must be doing something right… right? Nevertheless I will not be coming back…

Not a bad spot at all. Fair pricing, quality diner food. Decent location and nice staff. Steak and eggs were good and worth it; you get what you pay for. Would recommend for a Saturday or Sunday brunch.

Definitely a great diner, the corn beef hash was very solid (although it could have been a bit crisper, so you might want to consider asking for that) and their cinnamon glazed toast was good, if a bit stiff. Great experience overall, and food left me feeling full and satisfied.

I’m sure this place has great reviews because it’s so close and convenient for college students. However, if you’re not in college and are pursing a decent meal, I would not recommend this place. The home fries tasted freezer burned, the omelette was greasy and fell apart completely, and their boneless wings made me nauseous for the rest of the day.
The booths are all ripped up with giant holes in them, the floor and bottoms of the tables are covered in dirt and salt, the ketchup and hot sauce bottles were filthy. The cups looked dirty and stained. Management should either be delegating side work so that everything isn’t so dirty and they should be replacing cushions in the restaurant. Our waitress was very sweet and personable, she was probably the best part about this place.

If you’re looking for a basic flavorless breakfast using the cheapest ingredients with an unenthusiastic wait staff, this is your place. Pancakes were ok . Not sure where the sausage came from but I had never seen that kind before. Bacon was like plastic, homefries were dry and flavorless. Only recommend if you have been drinking all night.

This was an amazing place! The view alone was worth coming here. We all ordered different burgers and they were all devoured. Tater tots as an option as opposed to French fries was great, and an extra plus: the had garlic parmesean seasoned tots! (It was fresh garlic w oil, so as long as you don’t mind a little extra grease, this is a must order!)

Not a bad place, but certainly could stand a clean up. The front door walking in was very dirty and the sugar, salt and pepper on our tables were not clean. When I got to the bottom of my coffee cup there were chips and cracks all through the bottom of the cup and it was dirty. I personally would not go back.

Went up to Ithaca with family for the weekend and opted to dine local instead of going to another chain restaurant. This is a really cute spot overlooking Cayuga Lake with reasonably priced meals. Despite how busy it was, we were seated fairly quickly & Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Service was awesome (Ashley is great), the outside patio is nice, food was good, portions are generous, and prices are decent.

Came in for breakfast, but opted for the club sandwich when I saw it at another table. They were nice enough to make it with grilled chicken instead of Turkey for me and didn’t upcharge.

The fries are good and their dipping sauce is great.

The patio is very nice and like everyone mentioned it has a great view of the tip of the lake.

Next time I want to try the pancakes because they looked big and fluffy!

Definitely come here for breakfast/lunch.

2 star for view, we came with expectations but food was not good at all, I tried their salmon from seafood and it came with very dry rice, also ordered shrimp scampi from pasta which was ok not bad and eggplant Parmesian which was not that good either. Server was not helpful and not quick. Would not recommend for food but view.
