We stopped by around 5:40 PM and immediately ran into issues. The restaurant was out of Chow Mein for the rest of the night, which was disappointing since we brought our kids specifically because they enjoy the noodles. We almost left, but with no backup plan, we got back in line.
When it came time to order, we were then told they were also out of rice and that it would be about a 10 minute wait. We reluctantly agreed, paid, and went to find a table. Unfortunately, every table was dirty. We chose the least dirty one and wiped it down ourselves with napkins. Looking around further, the floors clearly had not been swept in some time and both trash cans were overflowing.
What made this more frustrating was that there were at least six employees visible behind the counter. Despite that, there was a clear lack of urgency, initiative, and overall management. The restaurant just felt poorly run at the time we were there.
I hope this review is seen by management so they can address these issues and improve the experience going forward.

The amount of the food they put in kids meals ridiculous. If an entrée is an up charge… I feel like I should get more than 4 pieces. This happens every time I get a kids meal. They also got my husband entree wrong. Everyone has bad days but this is pretty consistent.

This is not a place ran by competent people. We waited for 30 minutes for our food when the online ordering system had already notified us that the food was done, when we asked again how much longer it would be they said it had been ready the whole time and they were remaking it… $65 worth of food waste due to lack of attention, nice job guys. Orange chicken is GOAT, though, maybe just not from this location…
Edit: The second order was completely wrong and half missing, so I reduced my stars to a 1 across the board. The employees and managers need some significant training.

We are really getting tired of this Yukon location being out of food, and it’s still four hours from closing! This happens way too often and we’re sick of it! Tonight, they were out of three items. They also need to work on the cleanliness of the restaurant, it’s always dirty, the tables, the floor, even the chairs are dirty.

This was by far my worst experience with picking up my order after ordering through the app. The worker that “attempted” to help me was very rude, dismissive, and argumentative, while I attempted to tell her what the order consisted of as well my name and phone number. I was looked at as if I dont belong there and looked at with disgust by this employee. I will never go to or eat from this location and would recommend others to not as well.

Been here a few times. Usually OK. Employees seem like they could not care less. Went today at a fried rice was going to be almost 10 minutes. How do you run out of fried rice at a Chinese restaurant? The gentleman serving did not care.

Place was clean and the workers were diligent, fast and kind. The food was hot and delicious! I got the walnut shrimp, orange chicken and the lo mein- the shrimp was really good and they paired the walnuts with a sweet sauce! The combination was a nice surprise. The orange chicken was really good with a small hint of heat (though I’m extremely sensitive to anything spicy so for you it may not be at all) and the noodles were perfect.

Had lunch here two days in a row as I was attending a workshop. The food was hot, fresh, and well seasoned. The people were very nice, were well trained and moved around behind the counter like pros. For a fast food place I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. Would highly recommend.
