I’ve always had great service here, and food as well! I usually order ahead on the app and tonight there was a car waiting at the window, so the two employees walked out ready food out to us, no waiting or anything! Very impressed and the food was stellar as usual

Well where do I start! Ordered 2 whopper jr meals to then be told the boiler is down they only have big meat patties ok no problem while waiting for the food we were given our cups filled them to only have the soda spill out the bottom of the cup the employee said oh yea some of the cups have holes !!!! Ok fine got new cups. Went to find a table it was DIRTY so we cleaned it off it took them 10 mins to make our food mind you the place was empty!!!! Sat down to eat our whoppers were COLD!!!!!!!! What is happening here !?!?!?! Arcadia has 1 Burger King and this is unacceptable!!!!!!!

How nasty looks like my whoopers were fried. So hard you couldn’t even the whopper. I did a complaint in the app and someone come back at me with “So sorry but here is a $5 coupon for next time”. Umm yea won’t be a next time. This was nasty all 5 whopper meals plus a kids meal with a burger was like this. I will never go back !! Disgusting

This burger King is so dirty and the bathrooms are nasty and the dining area floor is all sticky and trash on the floor and tables are dirty. I can’t eat here I came here with 20 members of my family we happened to eat burgers King and now we are going to McDonald’s for dinner, and the manager with the white shirt served cold food.

My husband went to our store in Arcadia, Florida to pick up dinner tonight. We both ordered the medium size Whopper Jr meal with onion rings instead of French fries, our Whopper Jr meals with everything except Ketchup, and guess what we got in our bag? FRENCH FRIES AND NO ONION RINGS, AND OUR WHOPPER JR’S HAD KETCHUP ON THEM!! How hard is it to get an order right when a person stands right there and tells you from a piece of paper that I wrote down the order for him to read to them!!?? pg.1 So my husband went all the way back to get the onion rings! No apologies, no offer of a free meal voucher for THEIR mistake and his time having to go all the way back to the store, NOTHING!! So tired of this every time you go to a fast food place to get food and something like this happens! Not how to run a business!

This Burger King has people who work at it that do not understand how to use the Burger King system. I placed in order of hamburgers from my rewards account and I gave them the code at the drive-through and they spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to actually take the burgers off my bill..
To make matters worse, they actually forgot to give us one of the sandwiches that we ordered. And we didn’t find out until we were already more than a few miles up the road.
In the burgers that they did give us, they skimped the most I have ever seen on the ketchup in the sense that the burger was completely dry with only a dot of ketchup in the center…
The good news is that they were all nice though. Might give them another chance in the future when I pass through this city again.
