As a child I used to love this place but as an adult it’s about more than the food, this establishment has been in the black community for decades taking our money but never giving back. The result of that is the fate the restaurant faced this past week. As a community we need to hold leaders of the community and businesses in the community to higher standard and demand if they’re going to come into our community and make money off of us they need to at least act like they give a F!

Hands down best food in town! I’ve been coming here since I was a child and I introduced this place to my husband and it has been his favorite place for about 6 years now. A hidden gem if you ask me! The lady at the counter knows myself and husband by name and we always laugh when she asks if hes sleeping every morning and sends me to pick up the food lol. You will not be disappointed! Amazing fresh home cooked food forsure!

Sunny’s may not look like a place you want to eat at by the look of it, but dont judge a book by its cover. They have great food at great prices for breakfast and lunch. Their french toast is to die for! Not to mention they have amazing customer service; the lady is so nice to everyone. It’s the type of place you go once and they remember you and what you ordered! Only downside is they only accept cash. Next time you’re in the area stop by Sunny’s. You won’t regret it! Might be your next favorite food spot
