Sushi is fresh and good. Entrees were lacking a little character. Appetizers were good. They have some more exquisite items on the menu that you sometimes can’t find at other more generic sushi places. Highlight are the excellent cocktails and generous drink pours. I have been here twice and service has been excellent both times. We were also given complimentary apps to try and deserts on occasion. Only downside is the somewhat high-end price fitting the locale. Overall a nice spot. Hope it does well.

I really liked the lay out, look, and taste of the food. The people were very nice and the service was excellent. The feel and look of the restaurant is very clean and welcoming. I enjoy sushi when I want to have a fine dine and this seemed to give me that type of experience I was looking for. It helped tremendously to have the free 2 hour valet complimentary parking!

If you look at my other reviews you’ll see I don’t throw many 2’s out there. Maybe my expectations were too high. Maybe they are still working out the kinks. Food was hit or miss but the prices never let up. Service was way below what we expected for a $250 bill. I will say the cocktails were on point. We’ll be back to give it another chance because we love the concept and my guess it will improve as they mature a bit.

Well, where do you begin when most everything went wrong? I’ll provide a list of what went right and what went wrong. First, the things that went right: good location. Things that went wrong: slow service, overpriced menu, poor tasting food (rubbery chicken, slimy vegetables), cold food, fried rice without any vegetables, and it took over an hour to receive food. Lastly, the manager did comp our whole table because nearly everyone’s food was well below expectations – that was appreciated. I like most foods. I like Asian food. However, this food was just plain bad. I don’t plan on going back.

Absolutely incredible all around. Outstanding experience from the second you walk in and you’ll leave wanting to come back always. The food is so creative and delicious, signature cocktails, Sakè, & endless wine choices. It’s the perfect setting for any event, it’s a must for any day of the week!

What a good experience. I attended here for dinner one evening with family and friends. You’ll like the cocktails, sushi, and nice environment. The wait staff was nice and I even had the chef ask how we were doing.

A group of us went for lunch, but only half of us were able to eat. The meal took an hour to receive and then many elements were cold. There was sauce on one of my coworker’s chicken that was inedible it was so salty. The chef came out and tried to explain the sauce to us, as if we were not capable of understanding Asian cuisine not knowing that I am the child of a Japanese parent. That sauce was nothing I recognized. The manager and server apologized, did not charge us and encouraged us to give them another chance and return some other time.

The service was very bad. We had a reservation and the place was basically empty and they had no table ready. From there it just continued to go down hill service wise. We left before we ordered food because the service was so bad. Maybe we caught them on a bad night but I’m not sure we’ll give them another shot considering the price tag and lack of service on our first trip. Good location though.

Perfect date night at Suki Akor!! The service at Suki was extremely excellent! The staff is very attentive to detail and preformed their duties in a professional and pleasurable manner. Food and cocktails were beyond amazing!!! We’ll be back!!!
