This is the best subway in NORTH CAROLINA! I know that every time I come here I’m going to have good service and really good food! They keep their food closed up when people aren’t ordering to ensure freshness, Other subways do not do that from my experience. Also very good employees, they make sure everything is perfect not only on the sandwich but refilling tea and cleaning the work areas. The tea is better than your moms! I swear

This location has really went downhill with its staff. Went in last night for 3 subs, it took Amber forever to even cut the bread for them. Probably because she was standing there talking to another co worker (whose name I didn’t catch but she was very polite) about her upcoming trip to NY. Normally I wouldn’t care, but we were the only customers in the building at that time and were barely spoken to because we were interrupting their conversation. Then an older couple walked in behind us, the manager I’m assuming walked out of the back and the older lady made a remark as to no one makes her sandwiches but her. Now I understand why. I’d been standing there 10 or so minutes, and only one of my sandwiches were made. When the manager came out, all 3 of the employees finished my subs so they could move on to the older couple. Each sub was made by a different person and boy you can tell. The manager did my daughters sub and it was full of meat but lacking a little on the veggies, the employee I didn’t get the name of made my SO’s sub plenty of meat and veggies. My sub though, looked pathetic next to the older lady who ordered almost the exact same thing as me, only made by someone different. I had very little meat, and had to ask multiple times for extra veggies before Amber coped an attitude about it. The subs tasted fine but after the 30 minute wait, being ignored, given an attitude, not to mention the obvious lack of training going on I don’t think we will be back anytime soon.

If I could give no stars, I would. This location WILL NOT accept ANY COUPONS… NOT EVEN ONES ISSUED BY SUBWAY. When my husband called after 2 codes that we received from SUBWAY wouldn’t work, the manager on duty said that coupons were killing them. I wonder what it would do to them if people stopped buying from them…

Their Subs use to be so good , but the last few times I’ve gotten subs from there was not good. The bread is old tasting and the sandwich just falls apart. Has really went down hill. Very disappointed.

Got a coupon in the mail for subway. Went to this location since it is close to come. Ordered my two subs. I gave them my coupon and they tell me they are not accepting coupons. Who eats ag subway without a coupon? Bad business decision. not only did you lose my business to another subway but you also waisted two sandwiches. Luckily the subway 2 miles down the road off 77 accepts them.

Just ate there lastnight and woke up in the middle of the night (few hours after eating) with the worst food poisoning I have ever had. My ham sub had a weird taste, but I chalked it up to me being pregnant and my taste being a little off. Lesson learned
