I was in 3/4/26 around noon and ordered a footlong tuna on Italian white. The guy that made my sandwich order was a younger guy with dark hair wearing a visor. He must have been high because he couldn’t remember what I asked for on my sandwich and kept messing it up. Made it a 6in instead of a footlong, wrong bread, wrong veggies..the person behind me also had the same experience. I’ve been coming to this location now for 5 years because it’s the closest to my work and for the past 6 months it’s been a bad experience with something when I come in. The men working were completely disrespectful (01/28/2026 – 6pm) walked in with a nice welcome, although when ordering they worked on the sandwiches in an order that confused the costumer. They talked with a tone during the process with nasty looks on their faces. As more costumers walked in and I quote, they said “oh god.” Over all was a horrible experience.

This was not a good experience for us. I had 5 kids with me and as I was asking them what they wanted, the server asked if she should help the lady in back of us while they were deciding. The kids already knew what they wanted. Then my sandwich had very little meat with very little green peppers on the (only 3), so I had to ask for more. Im not going back. Firehouse Subs is better.

This is my favorite location to go to these ladies are amazing and they do a great job I was in here couple days ago there was a gal in front of me with 5 kids she was very difficult these ladies handled it very professionally I dont know how they do it ssometimes this is thr only location I will go to food and service just fantastic keep up the good work

If I could give this place less than one star, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow ratings below one star, or this establishment would receive a zero.
I placed my order online at 9:15 PM and waited outside, assuming the process would be quick, especially since there were no other customers at the time. A few minutes later, I watched walk-in customers enter and get served immediately, while my online order was completely ignored. I remained patient, thinking it wasn’t a big deal — until another DoorDasher arrived after me and was handed an order right away.
By 9:30 PM — the time my order was supposed to be ready — I walked in to check on the status. The staff member casually told me he was just starting on my order. Moments later, two customers came in with large orders, and unbelievably, he prioritized them as well. At this point, it was clear something was wrong.
When I returned around 9:35–9:40, those two customers were already walking out with their food. As I walked in, the staff member looked at me and loudly snapped, “I’m not done,” in an unnecessarily rude tone. I walked out again, shocked by the lack of basic courtesy.
At 9:45 — 30 minutes after I had placed my order — I went back in and sat down, expecting that my food would be almost ready. Instead, he looked me in the eye and said, “I haven’t started your order yet.”
This was infuriating. Not only had I been misled earlier when he said my order was being prepared, but he also showed absolutely no regard for my time or the fact that I had been waiting outside for half an hour.
I finally left at 9:50 PM — 35 minutes after placing a simple online order. I had chosen this location to pick up dinner for my children, expecting a quick and easy experience. When I arrived home, they had already fallen asleep without dinner.
This experience was beyond disappointing. It was disorganized, disrespectful, and frankly unacceptable. I will never return to this location again, and I highly recommend others think twice before ordering from him. – (The guy wears a football subway jersey along with a cap.)
