This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had at a food establishment in a long time. I ordered a simple butter roll lightly toasted with jelly — and what I got looked like someone closed their eyes and threw butter and jelly at the bread from across the room. The roll was burnt, the butter was clumped like drywall paste, and the jelly was smeared on like an afterthought. Completely unacceptable.
But the real problem wasn’t even the food — it was the manager’s attitude. When I pointed out the issue, there was no apology, no effort to fix it, and zero accountability. Just a dismissive, “oh well” energy that made it clear customer service is not something they value here. If you can’t handle a basic remake or even a simple “sorry about that,” you should not be in a management position.
I paid for my food like everyone else, and the bare minimum is respect and professionalism. If that’s too hard, then something is seriously wrong. Do better — or at least pretend to care.

I had made an order through uber eats and forget some specifications, so I called the store and Eddy had fulfilled my requests. Big shout out to Eddy for going out of his way to ensure customer service

Use to love this place not sure if we were having a bad morning or just got lazy. Everything about this experience today has been terrible. Only thing salvageable from my 50$ order was the Mac bites. sandwich was falling apart before I even had a chance to bite it everything was jus slapped on I couldn’t even eat it. chicken and fries were undercooked & odd tasting .. also this is my sons hand.. straight in the trash can for all of us. Very disappointed.

My recent delivery order from Garden Catering was a letdown, especially given the steep $30 price for the boss special. This high cost set my expectations for a premium experience but the reality was far from it. The chicken nuggets were very good but not extraordinary, certainly not justifying the premium price.
The real disappointment was the sauce. Most of the sauce containers were only partially filled, and one container wasn’t even half way filled (see attached photo). There simply wasn’t enough sauce to complement the food, which was frustrating given the price point.
To make matters worse, my email to their customer service “darya.mack” went unanswered. This lack of response suggested a disregard for customer satisfaction, which has prompted me to now leave this review. Considering you can get a lot more food and sauces at a lower price from most fast food joints – Garden Catering needs to improve service to justify their premium pricing.

The name is a bit misleading. I don’t know how many times I drove by this place thinking they only do catering. Well the reality is they also make some pretty good sandwiches, wraps and salads. Oh, and if you’re a morning person they also serve breakfast
