I’m not gonna lie. We’re normally unhappy with our service here. They always have the ovens off or are in a rush to shutting everything down early but tonight was our best experience and quality of food. The guy working tonight had amazing customer service, listened to what we asked for and when finished he asked if it was made correctly and looked good. If he’s working we will gladly be regular customers again.

Got our subway tonight and absolutely 5/5 stars for service and vibes! The new manager was super sweet, personable and on top of getting us taken care of. The other employee seemed kind and efficient as well!

Waited for a looong time with no employee up front. Then this chick made my sandwich in about 15 seconds. Not even close to the usual amount of meat on a club. I would say about half of the average amount of meat. Then she slammed the toppings on in a huge lump in the middle. Then put about 5 times more mayo on it than anyone would want. Major attitude. I’m definitely never going there again. Oh and the lettuce was straight up brown in the middle of summer. Gross

People were waiting (standing in line) including my son and I for the store to make online ordered sandwiches while we waited in the store more then a dozen customers came in and left. Horrible position for management to put the employees in the position where they have to tell people online orders come before customers at the store. Worst managed Subway I’ve even been to. Definitely not going back and will worn everyone to stay away.

Ordered on line, app said food available, couldn’t get anyone to respond at drive up, waited 5-10 min at window until a gentleman came and said…. I’m sorry we had a lot show up inside, we watched one person inside, one gentleman running the show one lady outback smoking finally came in but didn’t step in on a timely manner to help out, worse service we’ve ever recied at Subway and IDK if I will ever return to this location! Bring back Tausha to get this group in line!!!!!!!

How this place has return business is remarkable. The attitude that a certain few of the employees have is deplorable. I’m not hard to please, as long as the staff is friendly, but there are a few of the ladies who work here that act as though they hate their job and take it out on the customers. I shouldn’t have to feel like I need to apologize for ordering my food. They’re getting paid to be here and aren’t making my sandwich as a personal favor. The food is good, just as most subways, but the customer service is incredibly poor. I keep coming back, hoping there will be new employees with a better disposition, but every time return, there are new employees but with the same attitude issues. I’m starting to think it’s a management problem in hiring the wrong people or perhaps treating them so poorly that they feel the need to treat customers exceptionally poorly.

This Subway is horrible. On the Palmer- Wasilla Hwy. Never go there. The last time I went there they were out of tea in the lobby. But I saw they had tea where you drive through. I asked politely if they could fill my tea with the drive-thru carry out. The manager threw a temper tantrum and was very rude. I will never go there again. Worst subway in Alaska. U can tell when you drive up and watch them through the window as you are getting great service and great food at Burger Jim’s next door. So bored because they get no business. Food is stale.
