Restaurant was dirty including floors and tables. Sandwich prep area has bits of toppings all over, looked like it hadn’t been wiped all day. Employees looking on their phones while helping me. The sandwich maker didn’t ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted and just toasted it. They didn’t do a good job as the bacon was rubbery, the cheese barely melted and bread soggy. Sandwich itself was meh. We spilt a foot long and both of us threw half of our half away. As soon as I was done being helped, both employees were sitting in the restaurant glued to their phones. TERRIBLE.

I ordered a turkey foot long and asked for the meat to be put on one half only. The discourteous employee obliged but failed to notify me that I’d be charged for two separate 6 inch sandwiches until her cashier charged me 13 dollars for them. I asked the person who constructed my sandwich, can’t I be charged for one turkey foot long? She yelled NO, aggressively and then turned to her cashier and said loudly charge her for two 6 inches. At this point, I was fed up and just left without buying anything. I’ve been to numerous Subways in the past that will always charge me for one foot long sandwich even if one half does or doesn’t have meet on it. Operating in this manner is just good for business.

A woman we assume is the manager right now , was cleaning and she used the same cloth for the 1/3 of the tables , then cleaned the trash cans to include under the rim of the opening, then wiped more tables, the leg of the table , seats them cleaned the drink station all with the same cloth . I guess she was distracted because The entire time she carried on a personal call on her cell. 13:45 on 25 March .

I was very disappointed in how “Karen” the older lady in the facility spoke to the other employees… it was very rude and degrading. We have stopped here quite a few times since we’ve been here and normally are waited on by extremely nice and happy employees and this time I’m sad to say was not that enjoyable. She was very distracted, rude, abrasive and if I might add, if she is the manager then she may want to adjust the way she manages her facility. Respect your employees and they will respect you and work 10x better! Thank you to the young woman running the register! she tried so hard to make up for the older woman’s bad attitude and as she did the older woman would just lash out….. oh and masks are not effective worn under your chin standing over customers food, “Karen”/manager! Your employees were wearing there’s properly!
