This location is an absolute joke. We have given them many chances to do better, our shop is located within blocks of this place and we have gone numerous times over numerous years. Today was extremely exceptional. Employee was sad because we ordered 4, yes a whopping 4, sandwiches. When asking about what was wanted on a sandwich, and replied with “the works” he looked like a foreign language was spoken. I’m quite certain the franchisee who spent a bunch of money to have this place is less than thrilled. Employee #6151, I hope your day and life gets better.

Terrible customer service. Nobody welcomes you. The staff acts like they don’t want to be there and that you’re being a bother to them. The kid that works the lunch hour is super unfriendly. He got irritated that I asked for a meatball sandwich. Not a fan of this location at all.

Went in there 9/9/2024 at 3:10pm, 2 girls were in the back, one of the male employees was outside talking on the phone. When I got there one of the girls just said “one sec” I waited 5 minutes and she walked up to the counter and didn’t even make eye contact and walked back with the other girl. Meanwhile all the lids of their produce were open and flies everywhere touching the veggies. I continued to wait and kept checking my watch. 10 minutes of just standing there and no one offered to take my order. Not very friendly customer service… I worked at a subway before and my manager always made sure we took care of the customer first and then prep in between.. another thing my manager taught me was to keep the kids on the produce to hold proper temperature and avoid flies getting into it…the girls looked annoyed. I don’t think I will ever go there..

Brought my thermos for a refill and got a foot long sandwich for $19+. Meat and veggies were small portioned. Drink was put in their own cup. So… greedy server doesn’t even realise that saving her own cup and putting into refill saves her money. Absurd service, absurd prices.

Visited store on 9/15/22 at 6:25pm. When I entered store, girl behind the counter was preparing sandwiches on a mobile order. Looked like she may have been the only employee in the restaurant. I stood there for approximately 6-7 minutes while she finished the order. Girl never acknowledged me until she finished order. Just a good tip on customer service: Always acknowledge waiting customers so it doesn’t seem like you are ignoring them. When girl finally asked me for my order she did a great job preparing my sandwich.

The guys working at the counter was great but he is over worked and has no help. Was talking to other customers and mentioned he hasn’t had a day off in 16 days and for the most part works solo. This dude deserves better from an establishment that has been around for as long as subway has. My mobile order was slated as ready when it was just getting started when I arrived, again due to the fact that actual customers had arrived first, which is understandable to accommodate them first but if he had another staff member working with him both my and the other customers orders could’ve been attended to. Poor subway worker. This review reflects subway and not the person who serve me. He was great. The amount he had to handle. Not so much. Give that guy a raise or time and a half for working solo.

I have had birthing but good experiences at this location. The foods great and the service is even better even tho it’s all new faces. I’ve been coming here for years and its always awesome. I enjoy my lunches there. It’s very childish to post negative things because you obviously have an issue with a worker. Don’t lie on people and grow up! There’s enough negative things in the world with out bashing. People cause you don’t like yourself.
