Driving thru, stopped at Walmart for a couple things, and saw subway, so I didnt get a pre-made sandwich. Ordered a 6″ meatball marinara at 7:59, she just remembered she just threw them out. Thought the place closed at 10pm? So no meatball subs after 8pm? That’s not smart. Then it was time to pay, it’s now 8:05 cuz it takes 5 minutes to make a sandwich and melt cheese, oh we don’t accept cash after 8pm. Well its after 8pm cuz you’re slow, and REALLY?! WORST subway experience, and I was sure a couple couldn’t ever be topped. I keep giving subway the benefit of the doubt, since each one is in different places, but over all most likely never again. Especially Pullman! College kids are supposed to be smart right? Lol

My son and I frequently visit the Subway inside the Wal-Mart SuperCenter while we are out shopping. The food is ALWAYS delicious and very satisfying. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would also like to say that the workspace is clean and the staff wash their hands. That’s obviously pretty important. I highly recommend this establishment.

See the photo below there was Rusty slimy lettuce throughout and when I requested fresh lettuce she refused she said that’s just the way our lettuce is all the time. To which I told her that some of it was rotten in there and wouldn’t need health board standards, her reply was the same she was not changing it out for fresh. The young man and young lady working tonight 5/3/23 6pm are absolutely outstanding people. I had 11 minutes to catch the bus while they were finishing up two online orders and the person before me (two sandwiches). They got us our pretzels (3) and got us out in time to catch the bus. Absolutely amazing and I thank them so much. They could have made us wait and we would have missed the bus (which would have been my fault). Thank you again.

It’s been A while since I ate here Never again will I ever eat at Subway it used to be really good they’re stingy on the meat and the vegetables it looks like you have hardly anything on the Sandwich and then when you ask for extra meat and vegetables it’s gonna cost extra And the vegetables were disgusting and slimy looking And then got spinach instead of lettuce and then when I was checking out with my debit card it shows that you have to give a tip I am a customer I don’t have to give a tip so I gave them cash instead they were not happy about it From now on I’m eating at Jimmy John’s they just lost a customer!! Whatever happened to Subway they used to be so good you suck now

I went to the Subway in Walmart today on March 30th, 2021, because the other one in town is closed and I had just got off work at 9:45 p.m. When I got there, there was 4 minutes remaining before the Subway was closed. The employee came out and pleaded that I let him close without making a sandwich, since he was closing in a few minutes. He proceeded to then tell me that he had just gotten vaccinated and is not feeling well from it and just wants to close up shop. I understood, however I too work customer service and I have never met someone who was lazy enough to request a new customer to leave because they didn’t want to do their job. Also, with a Pandemic going on, nobody should be working if they “don’t feel good”. Regardless if it may have been from receiving a vaccine.

Kyle was getting totally slammed at a lunch rush. People were being rude and rushing him. But he just kept his head down and kept making these ungrateful people lunch. You’re the man Kyle. If they don’t want to wait they can go make it themselves.

If Emily is working don’t even waist your time! Horrible customer service, rude and rushed (I was the only one in line). My boyfriend returned his sandwich because the insides were completely coming out and there was sauce all over the bread. The male employee there admitted the sandwich was a mess, but didn’t want to remake it, did not want to give the name of the employee I’d dealt with (Emily), and claimed there was not a manager there and didn’t want to give the managers information. Terrible experience!

Had a sandwich “artist” be condescending to my wife about the order in which a slider was made even though it was one of his coworkers who would have been responsible of the mistake if there even was one. Completely rude and in need of either career change or serious customer service training. Whoever owns this franchise needs to see there is many reviews like this.

I work in the electronics department selling phones at Walmart. Took a 30 min break and I had to wait 8 mins to get my sandwich. The “artist” was building the customers sandwiches as mine had already been done for 3 mins. Would not recommend if you’re crunched for time.
