Girl was rude. She put stuff on the sandwich that I didn’t want and then left it. I was really hungry so I still purchased it. It was drowned in mayo and I threw it away.

My sandwich was toasted and yet, somehow ice cold. My order took way longer than it should have because they had to toast the bread in 5 sec intervals because the toaster is broken. I will not be eating here again. Best to just go the extra 10ish miles to colville.

I made a phone order today for several staff members. My Kettle Falls Subway server Nakia was wonderful. She was prompt with my order and had everyone’s name on their sandwich. When I went to pick up the order she made sure I could pay and pick up without waiting for the customers who were getting their orders made.

The red headed woman working at this subway refused to wear a mask before I made an order. I nicely asked her if she would mind putting the mask that was on her chin over her mouth/nose before making a sandwich and she refused. We left without ordering anything. There is a global pandemic and this subway doesn’t care about you or your health. Avoid at all costs.

Their phone number is wrong on every webpage I’ve looked for. 738-3046 for anyone who needs the number. The paired Chevron gas station workers are extremely rude and unhelpful when you call the number posted all over the web. I always seem to come on their breaks…. Sandwiches are good though they are not enforcing masks.

Disappointed. The scenery is beautiful and the lake outside is clean but the subway is gross and I found hair in my sprite. There was a very nice lingerie set in the trash though.

Subway salad was gross and nowhere near worth the 10 bucks spent, lettuce was wilted. I picked out and ate the cucumbers and tossed the rest of the salad.
