One of the better subways I’ve been to. I usually get my sub packed with lots of veggies and it can be hard to button up. The staff at this subway has been able to close my sub without spilling any ingredients or falling apart when I open it. The store was also very clean and the ingredients were organized and not mixed together or all over the prep station. They have it locked down here.

Ordered two 6” meals. They say they don’t have ice but I can get a bottled drink. No discount or credit for the lack of a fountain drink plus they charged $3.90 more for the bottled drink. A very large tip ($4.33) for fast food take out is also automatically added. Total cost for two 6” subs, 2 bags of chips and 2 bottled drinks was $33.00.
For take out lunch??? Won’t be going back to this location again.

This is the 3rd time I ordered on the app from this store and this is the 3rd time they screw it up. The last time my chips were missing. When I called to advise they said there was nothing they could do. Tonight’s order the sandwich was soggy, no cheese, no extra veggies as requested so I called to advise the young girl who answered because hostile and would not allow me to speak with the manager. She was extremely argumentative saying I placed the order on DoorDash and I would have to contact them for a refund. I kept telling her I did not order the sandwich on DoorDash and it was through the Subway app. I kept telling her this is multiple times that my simple order is messed up and I’m stuck paying for something I didn’t order, and I want to speak with a manager. She insisted for me to deal with DoorDash, kept telling me I was wrong, and would not allow me to speak with the manager. This is completely ridiculous. I need to speak with the store manager or owner to let them know that their staff is not completely online orders as instructed, the manager/owner should know that the employee was rude, unprofessional, and should be trained on how to handle these types of situations.

1.19.25 20:45 has been refused service. Two employees during shift. They said they were closed, 15 min prior actual shift? Unless Google services provided misinformation.
At the end the person in the pic was waving and sending blow kisses as I was leaving. Great job showing up just for a pay check. Customer services -10.

I ordered a toasted rotisserie chicken 12 in sub and recieved a cold wrap instead. The cookies I ordered were just thrown in the bag without the white paper bag they’re usually placed in. If you ran out of the white bags then you could have at least wrapped them in napkins. I’m not sure what happened to this location recently. I’ve ordered from here many times, but after this disregard for my food Iam done.**** I had to come back and edit. The wrap was full of topings I didn’t ask for! For this level of disregard one of two things are true. Either this person intentionally did this because they hate their lives and want attention, or they are incompetent. Live traffic showed they were less busy than usual so Im having trouble accepting that this was an accident. For management readings this. You obviously have a worker that doesn’t want you to succeed and if you keep them around then they will cost you business.

1/24/25 3:50pm. After ordering three combos and standing at the register I attempted to pay. The cashier said she couldn’t make $14 in change. Luckily I had enough 1s to solve the issue. However, when she opened the register I could’t help but notice the stacks of cash. Especially the 10s, 5s and 1s. She absolutely could have made change and would have had plenty to spare for days.
Moving forward if they can’t make change than they’ll be throwing away the food, this won’t be my problem to carry exact change. Absolutely ridiculous. I suggest revisiting your cash policies. I assume this is the cause, as she had no reason to lie and just made it harder on herself in the end. Reading the reviews it seems like this location lacks in the basics of customer service.

3rd time visiting this location, walked out. 1st time was years ago it was OK. 2nd time i just left the hospital after a week so I was a bit slow. The ladies working seem very unhappy, no patience. My sandwich was sloppy and the one making it was so aggressive I felt uncomfortable. She yelled at a much older man ordering behind me and I was so offended I barked back asking if that 6 was really necessary? I came back because normally I like subway and this one is convenient to my dr but I came in, sat down to order through my app and they were whispering and mean mugging then asked “are you trying to get a deal” the energy they put off is toxic. I then decided suffering from chronic illness is the all the uncomfortable I need to deal with. I went to Burgerville and was treated very nicely. Moving forward I won’t go back to this location.

Wrong order. Rude employees. No one answers the phone during business hours. Do not go here unless you’re in person MONITORING your order!
Put all the toppings and hot sauces on a tuna sandwich instead of the steak and cheese. I put in details in the note and called the store. No answer and $50 waste of money!

Ordered 3 sandwiches all had NO CHEESE, NO ONIONS or BANANA PEPPERS. Called when we got home 4 times no answer 1 time they answered and hung up. Was not busy. How do you screw up all 3 sandwiches when ordering on line and it’s spelled out for you !!!!!!

This is the response I received from the owner. Not even trying to make it right at least a few dollars off our next visit or a free sandwich. This is why subways all across the United States are going out of business
