I usually go to this subway twice a week cuz it’s near my work. It used to be a good place usually very short staffed and Amanda was great before they let her go for some reason. Went there today for lunch and I couldn’t even eat the sandwich they made.

Stopped by on a whim for dinner to grab a couple sandwiches. A bit surprised at total after purchase however understanding that prices have gone up across-the-board for transit in the current situations on things leads to a bit more understanding. $30 later and 2 sandwiches and a single drink, while they were excellent they were very difficult to eat and I am glad that we chose to take them home to have ease to access regular plates and cutlery as well as a plethora of napkins and sinks at our disposal to wash hands repeatedly.

I would give 0 stars if I could ordered a pickup order for 2 sandwiches one was supposed to have sweet onions sauce onions and chicken and other was supposed to have chicken bacon extra cheese and chipotle but no just douse both sandwiches in sweet onion sauce and mess both sandwiches completely mixing up ingredients ordered on 2 separate sandwiches all you do is read and put

After striking out for a public restroom a few times for my little one, we finally got lucky and came to Subway. It was clean and available, which evidently isn’t common for SE Vancouver anymore! I really appreciate that staff also being friendly and kind after having a miserable afternoon. It really meant more than they know. Thank you sandwich artists. <3

I made an online order and it went through for the wrong date. When I went in to pick up my food, they told me I would have to make a new order and pay for that and then request a refund. I did exactly what they asked. This means I paid for my order twice (once online and once in store). I have contacted subway through their customer service form and was told to contact the store. I contacted the store and spoke with an employee who I will protect by not posting their name. They said they would put through the refund to the manager which they did, but the manager/owner still hasn’t taken care of it. I called a second time and the manager/owner still hasn’t completed the refund yet. I asked to speak to the manager/owner and was told that is not allowed and the manager/owner will never speak to customers.
