workers were nice but i am quite disappointed. I made an online order and everything about these sandwiches were messed up. Both toasted but COLD, no green peppers, cucumbers or any of the toppings i had ordered. jalapeños on my sandwich that I didn’t even order And let’s just say a pound of them. So messy and there phone line is disabled so can’t even call to ask for a refund. actually the WORST sandwich i have ever gotten from subway.

Why have your location open till 9:30. But close at 9 . Please just change the time to 9pm if that’s when you guys stop taking orders. After a 12 hour shift to have to go somewhere else due to your laziness is just not it. The girl’s boyfriend/brother whatever it was ,was waiting for her outside and she came out talked to him for 5-10 min while I was looking for a quick food spot to hit instead of here. Again 9:30pm is close time … she was “not accepting any more orders because she shut her system down already”

The guy looked stoned, very mono tone, I asked for extra extra olives and received 9 thin slices of olives on 12 inches of sandwich, 3 thin lines of mayo when I asked for mayo, not a single emotion the entire time I was there (completely straight faced), for not say thank you when I tipped him, I had to remind him to give me my drink cup, 20 dollars for 6 cookies a pop and a six inch, they guy didn’t give me the free for long that I asked to be applied from my points for the other sandwich that was 18 dollars by itself, and the emotionlessness and attitude was contagious.

Worst subway I have been to. Kid behind the counter had vacant eyes and had to be told everything at least 3 times. He put the meat in the center of the sandwich and had to be asked to fill it out. I should not have payed for the sandwich. I wish I had asked him to remake it or just left.

Writing as a food courier for Doordash. This location is 24 hours. That’s a good thing for most people up late at night, as most places aren’t. That’s the good thing. The bad? Because it’s one of literally 5 places open past midnight they are well understaffed and overworked. When I arrived for my customer’s pickup. I had 2 orders needing to get. 1 was done, but the other wasn’t. There was approximately 4 customers inside waiting on their order while their tablet is popping out order after order for delivery. 1 employee was working. Needless to say I was late on my first delivery and barely on time to my 2nd. The employee didn’t show any customer service skills, but who could blame her for all the work she had to do, and the pressures of several eyes staring at her to expedite their orders?! They ran out of Sprite soda so had to supplement another item in it’s place. This isn’t the only subway 24 hours, either. There’s one on 164th near the taco bell and movie theater. That location also displays similar behavior of being understaffed. Please look at hiring or putting more people at night. It’s dangerous to only have 1 employee for many reasons, safety, security, productivity, customer service, sanitation. Corners will be cut to expedite customers putting cleanliness at stake, covid preps at jeopardy, etc. There was also a hostile person seemingly intoxicated standing outside the door as well that sprouted threats and nonsensical sentences. Please understand this isn’t ok and customer service needs to be ramped up along with security.

I’ve never seen a slower moving employee in my life. And the tables were all absolutely disgusting
UPDATE: I tried to give this place a second chance and ended up leaving because there were two people in front of us yet to order and the kid spent like 10 minutes making one sandwich. We left for another location 7 minutes away because we’d be able to drive there faster than we could get anything here

Faith is an absolute gem. She makes sure that we are taken care of. She is thorough and very kind. She is a hard worker. Thank you so much for your amazing attitude and exceptional service. Our sandwiches are always made with care and I trust her with my food prep. She is the sole reason we came back to this location. Fantastic job hiring her. She is a keeper! <3

Just got our mobile order home only to find all three sandwiches done incorrectly. Bread was wrong on all three, the ones supposed to be toasted we’re not and the one that wasn’t supposed to be toasted got toasted. Tried calling the store several times to see what happened. Maybe the bread we all wanted was out or something. But there was no communication at pick up acknowledging that bread was not what we ordered. Hoping my leaving this review I’ll be able to get a hold of a team member or manager. Not cool. Especially since sandwiches were $11-14 each. Terrible service….

This is the best subway in the area. I’m sure the workers would appreciate it if they had more staff for the entire dinner time, but that is not their fault. Everything I’ve gotten from here has been perfect & that’s what matters to me. Thank you for your service

Horrible service! Horrible employees! Wrong food! Fool me once, I’ll give you another chance but twice??? These employees don’t even get up off their stools they sit on in the back when you come in. You have to say…HELLO??? And they can see you’re standing there. We went back and weren’t offered ANY kind of compensation. NEVER AGAIN at this location. If the owner even cares or reads this… they don’t care at all either. We should have been given our money back. Especially, with the attitude WE got from these children that work there.
