The ppl who work there aren’t very friendly. I went in smiling and came out annoyed. Asked for olives on my sandwich and got exactly 6 olives, I asked for a few more and was told there is an olive shortage. What??? Whatever, not going back, I can make a better sandwich myself.

Been coming to Subway for a long time, but when I say I want a steak and cheese sandwich and told that I cannot make it the way I want it I’m out. Very unprofessional I put my order in at six to be ready for 630 got there at the right time. My app said it was ready. They were not ready at all. I waited 15 minutes for my sandwiches and all the employees were rude. Also claim that they have no access to how the meter or the app works then that should not be an option for customers to use. This was flat out ridiculous, and a waste of my time. Mind you I ordered ahead of time for a reason, they had 3 people there, if they knew how to properly run a shop they wouldn’t have had this issue. They were moving like snails I had to come back in 2-3x to check if my 3 sandwich’s were done..

I’m giving Subway on Ocean Beach Hwy a 5 because right when we walked in the door the lady grabbed our attention by greeting us. She was was very friendly and helpful the whole time while making our sandwiches. Great sandwiches and soup! We will be going back!

Will not be going to this location again, one of the workers seemed to have the worst attitude and didn’t treat her costumers nice at all (she made our sandwiches). We ended up being charged for large drinks instead of medium and I even told the cashier before we paid and she didn’t change it. We ended up going back up after eating and showed our receipt and had it fixed. We were also double charged for getting extra meat on one sandwich.

Terrible terrible service!!! Waited in line for 45 minutes while the 3 workers that were there had no clue what they were doing!! It was complete chaos. Once I finally got someone to acknowledge me they let me know they only had 1 kind of bread left.. Absolutrly ridiculous- I will not go back to this location again!!
