to. The place looked dirty, the ingredients were low quality, and the bread tasted old and dry like it had been sitting out all day. The employee acted like I was a burden just for ordering food—no greeting, no effort, just straight attitude.
They barely put anything on the sandwich, ignored simple requests, and still managed to mess it up. On top of that, the store was slow even though there were barely any customers. For the price they charge, this is embarrassing.
If you care at all about your food or your time, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. I will never be coming back.

Usually don’t leave negative reviews unless I feel it’s justified. Started my order and I was told they were out of American cheese and turkey ,so got something different than planned. Then asked for a chocolate chip cookie. Guess what they were out.Then I was going to get my drink and half of the choices were tagged on the soda fountain machine as out. Not sure how you run a restaurant when you are out of so many products. This Subway is poorly managed.

I always use the app to create my order so I can just go in, pick it up and leave. I always ask for my food to be toasted but for the 5th time it has not been toasted. I like my sandwich warm. I put in the special instructions to toast it but yet it doesn’t. I guess from now on I have to look at the sandwich before leaving even though I shouldn’t have to.
Edit: again I ordered through the app and put “toast it please” and when I got it it was stone cold and no it wasn’t left out for a while because the cheese wasn’t even melted. I also asked for extra cheese and didn’t receive it.

Just witnessed an employee handling food without gloves!! Gross!! Never coming back to this location again! Was already not a huge fan of Subway!! Now Jersey Mike’s will be my only choice of sub sandwich business!!

The guys working in there the black manager and the white boy they have bad attitudes don’t want to work rude to customers this is got to stop I hope somebody over them sees this and fix the problem they’re losing all their customers they have no manners want to argue with you about how you want your sandwich all because they don’t want to work. It’s awful I won’t be back. I’ll drive to winder.

I don’t even know how this place got almost four stars. They’re always out of everything and change it on you if you order online and don’t tell you. The people in there have always been very nice though. It’s very unfortunate for them. I’m sure they get bitched at all day for having nothing in stock.

Just once I’d love to walk into our local Subway and they be stocked with all the toppings & meats.
Sadly this isn’t thee first time we’ve encountered this. Today they were out of green bell peppers and and a cheese(still frozen). Last time it was the Philly steak and Italian bread. The time before that; no meatball. And the tuna sub my husband got was absolutely pitiful; where was the tuna?? I mean come on get it together.
I completely understand 1000% that you may run out of an item; but this is all the time!
And don’t get me started on the drink machine; is it ever restock? From the looks of it no… just another yellow label is thrown up letting you know they’re out of that selection.

$19 sandwich,i dont think so. App ordered, no double meat,no bacon,just a bunch of lettuce and spinach. Congrats, worst sandwich ever Statham Georgia Subway.
