DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY LOCATION. I will be also reaching out to Subway corporate. This location should not be open. It is currently under complete construction but still operating. They are not taking any of the proper health precautions while demoing a very old building. Dust, asbestos, and mold. There is a bucket in the middle of the room catching water. There is an active leak flowing from the ceiling. The bathroom was completely torn up, no soap and didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. Flies everywhere. The worker behind the counter said they have a fly problem because the constructions workers keep leaving the doors open. Not ok. They are putting their customers at risk.

No stars! Another shining example of how horrible the service industry is anymore. I placed an online order and my son went to pick it up, there was a 20min out pick up time. He arrived and was ignored by the employees who were both “visiting” with someone already in store and when they were done and finally acknowledged him and that he was there for an online pickup they said “oh ya guess I should get started on that.” Then they did not have all the toppings I selected so they made the sandwich without instead of taking the time to slice the veggies or at the very least asking if it was ok to omit them. There is no longer any pride in a job well done (regardless of what the job is) and sadly this is a new epidemic!

The staff was really immature and unprofessional. If felt like someone left their kids in the store and they just jumped over the counter and started working. I did not want to hear the bantering back and forth and had to repeat my order because they wouldn’t stop talking. The male worker started our experience by welcoming us to Jimmy Johns. He criticized customer’s sandwich choices, and was waving customer bread at the female employee. Also didn’t need to know all about the female’s boyfriend’s friends having been in jail and having their house raided. Weird experience. Two stars only because the subs were made well but only after we repeated the order. This Subway needs adult supervision and oversight. The sliced onions and green peppers were really poorly done as well with huge chunks and icky.

Feb 12 3:20pm The poor girl seemed nice but she flattened my sandwich while cutting I made comment she said yeah sry was hard to cut then the sandwich wasn’t even able to hold and eat so 13 something for a squashed sammy not to mention half my sammy fell out she picks it up off cutting board and puts it in my sandwich come on guys help this poor girl out no need for this oh and I mentioned It was not able to eat it was half out Sammy she again says I tried little more training b4 cuttin folks by themselves might be good like I said just help your employees b4 sending them on their own

Horibbly slow. And they seemed clueless. 45 min to make 2 sandwiches with 5 people waiting behind me. This subway has been a mess for years amd I do t know why they can’t get anyone trained to do better. Always new employees, and no one can ever do there jobs well

22 min wait just to order. 40 mins to get my food after arriving. Two foot long subs cost me over $30. Are we so far past $5 foot longs that it’s 3 times the cost? Also, where are the herbs and cheese on this bread!? I will never return to this subway again.

2 people in front of me and I stood there for 35 minutes and still couldn’t get help. I asked how much longer. Her reply was that I am the only one here and it will be another 15 to 20 minutes. Are you kidding me it takes almost an hour to serve 3 different customers and the two customers in front of me only had 2 sandwiches each. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Don’t waste your time and especially your money. Garbage.

Im not one to complain about things but this is getting ridiculous. So I’ve come by 3 times this week and it’s been about 830pm-845pm and you are closed when it says you close at 9pm. I got here tonight at 845pm and someone was inside getting food and I walk in as they are walking out and as soon as the door closed behind me, the worker tells me they are closed and that they have to close. Doesn’t make sense when the sign is still on that you are open. I’m sorry if you know you have to close and you have someone inside ordering, maybe turn the sign off so others don’t get told to leave when you are clearly still open.
