This place is always delicious! We’ve never had a time where the food was wrong. We’ve never eaten inside, it’s too tiny in there. Plus when it gets busy I’m sure the service would take a while. But the dishes are great! And the Pho broth is very good. I’m actually really surprised at the negative reviews because we’ve found it difficult to find good food here in Alaska… We’ve been to many states- here it’s tough to get good food. Despite the fact that people rate them high! And we waste a bunch of money because everything’s expensive. Saigon place has not disappointed. Maybe it’s because we basically get the same 8 things on rotation? Kenny’s next door was absolutely disgusting and we wasted $90 on food that should cost 30. Yet It has high ratings. So I’m not sure but you should definitely try this place if you like Vietnamese food!

Came in with my friends and the male server was really nice. He took our orders, but then a female server, MiMi, served us our food. She was very rude and ruined the experience for us. We became quiet and no longer wanted to eat our food. We took them to go.

Seems like a popular place for Military break time. Service was alright. Maybe it was just our bad luck. My spicy noodle soup was mostly fatty beef strips. Disappointed in that. %90 it looked like fat stripped meat with only one good strip of beef. Noodles were a hit and miss on being soft or hard.
Mothers beef brocolli tasted odd. Like that old beef after taste. Brocolli wasn’t cooked much.
The Pho Siagon in the Diamond mall is better quality food than the one in tikatinu commons. Save your money. Go to the diamond Pho Siagon.

I come here a few times a year. Most of the time Theres a really mean looking server lady , probably the owner. Than sometimes theres a bunch of nicer asian servers working here. I know the service can be terrible at times because they are busy or Because they just suck that day. But my family comes here for the food! The portions are enough for us, the meat in the combination pho is brisket and other meats like meat balls and tripe and rare steak. While other people complain about the fatty pieces in the pho …they must never had “Brisket” because that is a fatty meat. I love the pho here and its one of my favorite! The broth is authentic and they dont put alot of sugar like other restraunts. I always get Nem noung fresh rolls, and pho combo. There bun bo hue is also great! We will come

I have given this place a lot of chances because it’s so close to base where we live. One time there was a hair in a spring roll we ordered. I thought well it was just a one time thing.. well I was wrong. Today, this time there was a long black hair literally wrapped around the noodles shown in the photo. Gross!! I definitely didn’t feel like eating after seeing that. The service is always so horrible too. The ladies in the front always have an attitude. So just a heads up, customer service sucks here.

Had a lunch out with my friends. A gentleman had taken our order, he was very kind and patient. The female server that gave our food was quite rude when handing them out. We no longer had much of an appetite and became quiet. We then decided to pay and leave soon after.

This is one of the few places I would go and eat alone, company is ok too though. The soup is smacking, let me tell you. For me was the combination beef. Only order Appetizer if you go in group or with someone besides yourself… the soup is huge as heck, it’s worth the money.

A solid spot for that Vietnamese craving. The atmosphere is not fancy, but makes up for it in cuisine. The crab wonton was perfect and delicious, and the yellow curry with a large portion of rice will fill you up. The grilled chicken sandwich is wonderful. Instead of expecting a decent meal, this certainly was a great meal. Would recommend.

Ordered curry and egg rolls, curry was great, egg rolls came out much later, and they were undercooked inside. I said I could not eat them because they were undercooked, and she assured me they use a thermometer, but it was too pink for me to eat. I think it’s rude to argue about undercooked meat. Won’t go back

Don’t waste your time or money here!
I’m quite disappointed having to give this business a one star because I’ve eaten here years ago, and it was just fine. I’ve decided to come here after all my go to spots were closed. I ordered off their “preferred” online app, and it was simple and easy. However, once I got there they informed me that the bahn mi sandwich could not be fulfilled due to lack of bread. It would have been nice to get a call from them saying that but sure whatever not a huge deal just as long I could get a refund. They then told me that they could not give me a refund and I would have to contact the app. It was late at night so I knew customer service would not pick up from the app, and wanted to make sure I had all the information before leaving the store and situation. They could not provide me where on the app, their number, even my order number, or her own name. Not exactly the best feeling when you paid for a good, not getting it, and then the producer basically telling you to figure out how to get money back yourself
One slight good thing I do have to say is that one of my other order came out! woo! However, it was also really disappointing. So disappointing. I ordered tofu fried rice. On the online app it said it comes with assorted vegetables and your choice of meat. When I got it was just tofu and rice. I thought they got the order wrong and went back in. I confronted her, and she told me the menu in person was different as it was vegetables OR tofu. I showed her the online menu saying vegetables AND tofu and that’s what I expected, and she proceeds to tell me “I don’t know” I wasn’t exactly hoping for a refund because apparently she does not know how to do that, but at least some corrective action. In the middle of the conversation she picks up the phone to another customer, and I angrily left.
The fried rice itself was tasteless, lacked major flavors, and simple tasted like soy sauce and loads of oil. It was obviously not stirred well as there were lots hard clumps of rice bonded together with soy sauce.
