ordered subway online from this location and this was what i received. called the manager and got told “we were busy”, totally understandable being busy but missing half of the toppings into the wrapper and ripping my sandwich is insane even for being busy. manager was terrible. rarely will i leave a review but this was absolutely ridiculous.

Service was very disappointing. Employee had earbuds in talking to someone on the phone while trying to make my sandwich. Messed up twice. Put Sriracha on before I even told them the condiments. I usually don’t have high expectations for Subway but this was a low. The store was a mess lids everywhere empty stock had to go back to the fridge to get supplies I was the only one in the store so I find this very unacceptable.
Subways in general have gone downhill a lot in the last few years but this one really checked all the horrible boxes.
Dear Subway please get your act together. Or Jimmy John’s will be my new favorite.

Excellent overall experience!
The delivery was through Grubhub and it was super-easy to order. The food came quickly and Steve, who delivered the order, was prompt, courteous, and extremely friendly and professional.
I ordered for upcoming dinner and lunches: the meatball sub, the turkey sub, chips, cookies, and a soda.
Large portion sizes with lots of extra fresh and tasty ingredients.
This is a great Subway in the Tacoma/Lakewood area.
