Yes, this is the viral Dunkin’ all over TikTok! I can say it’s definitely not Al, even though most people think it is. It’s a very small store that’s decorated really nice for October only. I’m assuming that because of its location in Salem, and of course, the decor is the reason why it gets so crowded. The line to get in gets extremely long. Luckily, when we arrived, the line wasn’t bad, but within minutes, the line got so long. The line moves fairly quickly, so it isn’t so bad. There were tons of people filming and taking pictures for content, so if you don’t like to be filmed, this Dunkin in October isn’t for you. All in all it’s very clean and the donuts look freshly made. The customer service here is a plus. If you’re looking for cups my suggestion is arrive early or go to another location in Salem that’s less crowded because they sell out quickly especially the black cup.

They advertised the pins on the display wall but would not sell them to me. Definitely a
BAIT AND SWITCH. One of the “Brand Ambassadors” stated the display was a “Corporate Display” and that the pins were not sold, but every thing else in the display was for sale. Very disappointing for a great experience to Salem to have another “Corporate” excuse! #SalemHalloween2025 #JustWow!

I just ordered through grub hub, they prepare their food well, but apparently can’t read and follow instructions asked for a sandwich ON AN ENGLISH MUFFIN instead got a crossaint. I ABSOLUTELY HATE CROSSAINTS…… ♀️ how can you mess up an order that you actually have written down and can read!!!!! Laziness and rushing… get it together dunks.
