One of the nicer subway that I seen. Just ashame that they only have one person working had to wait in line cause family was in front of me. They couldnt figure out when payed they was making big deal over the price. Like why come see the prices on the menu and cant pay. The people that work here are so awesome.

The prices have gotten ridiculous. $8 for a basic 6 inch ham and 1.29$ for one cookie. You would think the food would at least taste good for how much it costs. Nope, stale bread, stale cookies. On top of that they expect you to tip 20% at least. So your price gouging doesn’t even benefit your employees. I won’t be coming back.

I just paid $20 for two 6 inch subs!!! They were just turkey and ham with lettuce and tomato! To top it off the guy gave us bread that was rock hard! It was the worst ever! Thanks a lot dude! That is the last time I will ever go to Subway! It used to be good and affordable! What happened?!

I ordered a veggie sandwich on 3/10/22 at 3pm through the app. Picked it up to find it missing ingredients and smothered in mayonnaise. Completely disgusting. I’m so disappointed and ended up throwing this away.

The drive through is convenient but needs to be fixed. I always have to pull up so they can here me and then I can’t see the menu anymore when I’m not ready yet but they couldn’t hear me so asked me too pull up. Other than that staff is nice and I had a good sandwich

Excellent customer service!! The lady we talked to while getting our sandwiches made was so funny and nice, talked up the new menu and sauces, gave us samples, and was all-around incredibly friendly. I ended up giving her a 50% tip, because it’s not only the best Subway experience I’ve had in forever, it’s probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in Bonney Lake in general. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location, and the reason for this is entirely because of her outstanding service this evening.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. RUDE employees, wrong ingredients and would not change order, help or refund. “Manager” also standing on a chair in violation of OSHA with no gloves or anything to fill ice and yelling across store about violating law. We ordered online and were very careful about selections because of dietary restrictions. I checked the order before submitting and it was correct. After submitting, it routed me to Naches, WA (at least 100 miles away) and then when we got our order it was completely wrong. We opened them in the parking lot and immediately took them inside, but they refused to make us new ones. We left the sandwiches on the counter because we couldn’t eat them. They would not refund or make new and said could only make what came in through system, which was obviously messed up. They laughed at us for having an issue and the manager was a complete jerk. Maybe this store will get closed down for code violations and then he can laugh at that.

There is an employee at this Subway who’s a rock star!! Jalynn. Seriously, she needs her own franchise. I have a delivery job and Subway is my favorite. Have been to a lot of them. Because of Jalynn, this one is far superior. She is friendly, has a FABULOUS attitude, and makes certain your sandwich is exactly what you wanted. Not the type of service I have experienced at a lot of the others. The other one in Bonney Lake won’t even accept coupons. Jalynn deserves a huge raise. You need to keep her! She is going above and beyond for Subway!!

If a customer is waiting to order you don’t just stay there making tons of sandwiches for pickup and talk about your personal life among each other. You say hello please wait we will be with you shortly there is a big order ahead of yours. I don’t have to interrupt a personal conversation in order to make myself known, or question what’s happening why am I waiting here and listening to who went where and who is doing what. These teen girls really need to learn customer service. Waited for 5 minutes to even get acknowledged.
