Subway may build sandwiches, but truly impresses by Neha building an empire. one sub at a time, all by herself! She was running the line, ringing people up, keeping it clean and still serving with a smile. Talk about a one-woman sandwich army. Freshness wasn’t just in the veggies, it was in her hustle.

Give this legend extra guac because she’s the real MVP of the footlong frontier.

I hate writing these types of reviews and will only do so after I have tried to resolve the issue directly with management. One of the worse sandwiches ever received. I ordered two footlong sandwiches online and they were terrible. Specifically paid for extra meat and requested NO onions and my sandwich was loaded with onions and no extra meat was received. I had two leaves of spinach and requested “extra pickles” and received 2 slices. I called the store to see what they could do to fix the problem, and I was told “not my fault” and ” I am only one here” and then was hung up on. My husband tried calling back and speaking to him (kindly in the beginning) and he got hung up on again when asked to talk to someone else. Horrible experience. I would recommend not going to this franchise.

Went in to order and they couldn’t take coupon as scanner issue. Tried to order online from car due to app not work in store. When put coupon in it wouldn’t take it. The store is open to 10pm on Google but hours say temp hours closes at 9pm. They turned lights off and closed 840pm before we could order. Every time we come here we have issues.

No longer go here any more.

I called for a refund because I ordered at the wrong store. A woman answered and refused to give me her name, when I asked why she couldn’t give me a refund as I couldn’t pick it up. Asked for the manager so they could help me with a refund since she said she was unable to and hung up the phone. Tried calling back goes straight to voicemail.. Please shut them down she had a strong indian accent extremely rude!! This is considered theft

We ordered sandwiches using the app and the current add in television . Wouldn’t work went to store to order our food . I told them we wanted the buy one footlong get one for a $1.00 . They looked at me like I had a horn growing out of my forehead .!! Like really ! I showed them the app , they said it was bogus .. in broken English,, sadly we’ll never be back and another couple ahead of me having similar issues so FIX IT , you can’t do business in that fashion and survive

The service was quick and friendly, staff was very helpful .My sandwich was fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend going to this subway.Sandwich tasted so good Breads were freshly baked and they gave good portion of vegetables. The lady who took my order was so nice and sweet

My 16 year old son went in and ordered a sandwich, the woman helping him was extremely rude from the beginning but when he tried to pay with his giftcard she told him their reader was “broken” so he needed to pay cash or card. He couldn’t so he left. I ordered online and went in to pick up, same person told me I had not paid for a drink and chips, so I asked for my receipt which she declined giving me and instead said I could take a bag of chips and tried giving me a cup for a fountain drink. I said I had ordered a Vitamin water and she argued. After showing her in my app and asking for the receipt again, she just turned and walked off.

A week later my son went in again to use his gift card and a nice younger lady was helping him, the older lady that previous told him he couldn’t use his gift card came out and said he had to pay cash and no gift card, their reader was still broken. The girl helping him started to argue with her and that is when the other worker told him to maybe try his giftcard somewhere else.

Worst costumer service ever. While it’s convenient for my son to go before or after practice at the high school, we sadly will never go back.
