I ordered through door dash and no one would pickup my order. I ordered at 720 and they closed at 8. Someone from the restaurant personally delivered it after 8 on their way home and it’s the kindest gesture I just couldn’t not leave a review. Thank you so much for being thoughtful!

I was visiting from out of town and wanted a philly steak. I got two cheese steaks and fries, and a 2 litter $40. that is ridiculous. But the worst part is, they are cheap on the amount of steak they put in the sandwich. Overpriced. Definitely not going back.

I had an order that was supposed to be delivered between 6 PM and 6:20 PM. At 6:33 I called the store and was told that it was delivered. It was left in a puddle of water in the rain. I said it was supposed to be handed to me. The snippy person on the phone said that I asked for contactless delivery! If you look at the photo, it says HAND IT TO ME! So she pretty much called me a liar and I don’t appreciate that one bit. I am 77 and just had hand surgery so I can’t cook. I don’t feel well as it is and this ruined the rest of my day! Everything was ice cold and the french fries were greasy. The rest of the food is not worth mentioning because it was cold and wet. I just wasted my money and got grief on top of it. I usually give restaurants 4 or 5 stars but not this one. They wouldn’t like it if they were treated like this!

The food was tasty, the fries we had were amazing, the person who took our order was extremely proficient, when we picked up our order the person at the register was pleasant and made you feel welcome. I wouldn’t exactly say that we are regulars, but we do order from there a few times a month. Everything we have tried to date did not disappoint, but I will admit that I am personally partial to the chicken cheese steak with fried onions. Now that I have written that, I’m pretty sure there is going to be one in my immediate future. Mangia!

Been ordering from here my whole life. Minus the last 4 or 5 years. Service has always been great. Food has always been on point, always. Except for that one time with the pizza steak. But even then it was still good. However, the steak sandwichs lately have been a little short. Loaded up, and delicious, but short. Kinda weird, but what ever. Lengthen up those long rolls. Keep up the good service. Thanks.
