I ordered the jerk chicken and my partner ordered the vegan lentil loaf. Both were incredible! I wish I had a place like this close to Miami. The Hibiscus drink was also amazing. The owners were super accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend.

was genuinely impressed. It’s not easy to find vegan Caribbean food that isn’t oily or deep-fried in Ocala or Marion County, so this place fills a real gap.
They were extremely considerate and even waited for me to arrive before warming up my roti so it wouldn’t get soggy — that level of care really stood out.
I tried the cauliflower bites, vegan plate, vegan roti, and the vegan jerk jackfruit sandwich — all flavorful, well-prepared, and thoughtfully done.
Much gratitude for the concept and the attention to detail. Definitely a spot I appreciate and will return to.

Unfortunately, I am from the islands and I am also a food blogger. The plantains were not ripe, it was dry, you put too much ginger in the cabbage and the Cabbage was undercooked. The curry chicken was a bit dry and not enough Curry, you don’t know how to cook curry, the oxtails were mediocre a two out of a ten. I will give you a bit of advice, I am from Orlando go to negril’s on Silver Star Road, order their food and that will give you a glimpse of what Jamaican oxtail and curry chicken should taste like. I am appalled at the ratings you have received, obviously there is a lack of Island food in this area and it is very very sad. You are very nice people but this food was mediocre, at best definitely not worth $25 for oxtail and $18 for curry chicken. This was some of the worst food I have ever had and I obviously would never ever return. I am surprised you people are still in business smh. I threw away all of the meat but I will keep the rice and make my own Curry so I can at least not waste all of my money. Not sure where you are from or where you learned to cook oxtail or curry chicken but you are obviously imposters because this tastes like garbage. I will never buy Jamaican food in this city or town ever again because of this. If you guys got a 4.9 rating I would hate to taste what a 4.0 rating is. Please go to the restaurant mentioned above and you will be able to taste what real food mainly Jamaican tastes like, because you do not compare in any way shape or form.

Good food and drinks. Tried the vegan jackfruit burger, cauliflower wrap, cauliflower nuggets and the vegan platter with a lentil loaf. Everything was good and made with care. I don’t usually care for jackfruit very much but I think the jackfruit burger was actually my favorite! We also got the pineapple lemonade and tamarind drink. They were both really good. The people running the place were also very friendly! We will be back next time we are in the area.

We had the jerk chicken dinner with fried plantains and rice and beans, ox tail, a vegetarian plate and for an appetizer we had BBQ fried cauliflower. We had Caribbean brand soft drinks and juices. A wonderful experience without leaving the US. I hope to go back again.

We stopped at this take out restaurant after visiting Rainbow Springs State Park. We ordered the vegan platter and the vegan BBQ jack burger. The food was absolutely amazing and the owner and his family are so kind and friendly. They had great vegan and non vegan options! I would highly recommend you stop by here if you’re in the area!

If you’re looking for vegan food options in Ocala, you NEED to come here.
Hands down the best vegan food we’ve eaten while we’ve been traveling through Florida. We are planning our last day in Ocala around going here again for Lunch.
They also have incredible smoothies so don’t miss out on those either!
The owners were very nice and the restaurant has great indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Seriously, do yourself a favor and get some food from Impact Island Cafe. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Some of the best Jamaican style food I’ve had in a long time. I got the jerk chicken wrap, everything was so fresh and the seasoning was excellent. They even make the bread themselves. I also tried the pineapple lemonade which was wonderful. The service was also great. 10/10 will be back.

I have been to this wonderful food truck several times. It brings me back to the Caribbean, esp now, when we can not cruise. This is such a friendly, caring, compassionate owned family business. They welcome everyone as if they are family.
Yesterday I had the bbq cauliflower bites. These are fabulous….so tasty and something unique. The sauce that comes with it is so delish.
I also had their mac and cheese pie…..this is NOT your out of the box Kraft mac and cheese……No way! It has so much flavor. I ate it slowly so it would last.
Also had the vegan meatloaf. It is made with lentils, oats and lots of veggies. I liked it better than MEAT meatloaf and I am NOT a vegan, much less a vegetarian. I could become one if everything vegan taste this good.
Topped it all off with a Mango Paradise smoothie.Made with mango, pineapple and coconut cream. YUMMY!
I tend to try different menu items every time and have yet to be disappointed.
You really need to try it for yourself.
