PROBLEM SOLVER
There was a period where the old manager kinda gave up on the store and never opened it. It wasn’t very good then, but now there’s new management and she seems to be handling herself very well. The staff is friendly, food is as good as it gets for a “fast food” joint. Easy lunch.

Disgusting sub and rude employees. More specifically Shawn. I asked for sriracha on the sub but not for it to be drenched in it! He basically told me I’ll get what I order. Very rude employees. It’s always dirty as well. The employees don’t clean up the mess they make. I’ll be going to a different subway from now on.

I always order a veggie with honey mustard. The employee was brusk, but I ignored. When she put the honey mustard on, it didn’t look right– more like mustard that was very thinned out with water. By the time I got home (a couple blocks) not only didn’t it taste right, but it was so watery all the bread was saturated and dripping. I will not return.

The food was as expected, but the cleanliness of the sandwhich making surface was subpar. Just lots of veggies and other food bits everywhere. I blame this on management. Having only 2 employees during dinner hours is wrong. It’s putting them through unnecessary stress and causing one of them to be short tempered.

My fiancé ordered a Philly cheese steak… spent $17 on this. Typically I am not one to leave poor reviews as I work in restaurant business too and know how things can be, but this SMALL amount of the steak leaves you just tasting the overwhelming amount of dry bread. This is not how cheesesteaks should look, they should not be this thin.

I ordered a foot long tuna sandwich online I put that I wanted cucumbers lettuce pickles and olives. But I took a bite and all I got was bread. Barely any tuna and or cucumbers.. no pickles lettuce or olives. If im paying as much as I am for it I Atleast want what I asked for.

Guy who fixed my sandwich was being smartmouth when I asked for more lettuce barely have any shredded lettuce in my sandwich. You’re lucky I don’t know why I gave him a tip I should’ve left with no tip lol. This dude needed an attitude adjustment so careless when fixing people their sandwiches ruined my Valentine’s Day! Stinking attitude won’t get you far in life!

The staff here are so friendly, efficient, and helpful that I really want to like this location. Having said that, this location suffers from equipment breakdowns, and ingredient shortages to the point that I only get what I want a little over half the time. My favorite is the footlong steak and cheese pro, toasted, with american cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, chipotle, and pepper. They make it perfect every single time the toaster is working and the steak is in stock. Unfortunately, those conditions weren’t met for 2 out of the last 4 orders.
