My wife and I were at another Subway this evening near Everett Mall and had horrible customer service; the employee was very judgemental, rushed our decisions, and then forced payment prior to making sandwhiches, all while helping another customer.

We came over to the Subway on 4th and the energy we were met with was a refreshing experience. We will definitely be back to this location over others in the area.

I went here at 5:50 pm 12/30/23 and the worker was unbelievably rude. The second she was able to take the order she rushed me for answers that I was unsure about, but then she took like 10 minutes to make the first half of the sandwich. And when we got to the second half she didn’t put on two things I asked for multiple times (even though she acknowledged I wanted them), she didn’t wrap our sandwiches correctly, and she kept trying to have me get chips with my meal instead of the cookies that I asked for. There was also an Uber driver that walked in and she yelled at them and said they had to wait at least 15 minutes before she would even think about their order because there were customers (me and one other person) being helped, and the Uber driver wasn’t being rude or anything he hadn’t even opened his mouth yet to say he was an Uber driver. At the end of the line she also got upset because we “swiped our card at the wrong time” even though the machine said “swipe card”. I also almost forgot to mention that one of our sandwiches wasn’t even closed when we unwrapped it, the whole sandwich fell apart. This subway used to be the only subway my family would go to, but the service is disgusting now.

Stood inside for 10 minutes never once saw a person come to the front. Counters and containers are gross and dirty. You could’ve walked behind the counter and made your food for half the time and cost.

Tried to get another sandwich and give the same lady who works Saturday mornings another chance. She only put meat in the middle of the sandwich and only 3 pieces of turkey on a footlong. She is so rude and needs to be fired.

I was recently visit looks like there is new guy alone working in store he don’t know how to make sandwich he make my sandwich like a wrap he just put one piece veggie patty 3 piece eggs he charge me 25.39 which is too high. I always go there but this is my worst experience. Never repeated again.

My order was taken by a person who was outside smoking before coming into making my sandwich. This subway is the worst I have seen and they were out of a bunch of stuff. Not to mention nothing looks fresh the lettuce the spinach and the meat looks horrible. They also have cheap owners because no national coupons or offers. Never going again worst sandwich I didn’t finish.

Avoid this location at all costs. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes in line to be seen to behind only three people, and then another person who walked in the store after I’d been stood there waiting for 15 minutes who had ordered online, and they were seen to before me. When I finally did get to order, I was then told halfway through making my sandwich that they had ran out of lettuce. 25 minutes from start to finish to get a sandwich. Paint dries quicker.

First, and most importantly, the staff here have always been great. And the food is standard with every other subway I’ve been to. The reason for the low star rating has to do with the owner of this franchise location. We received Subway coupons in the mail and made a trip specifically because of it. Once we were at the till, the employee notified us that the owner wasn’t accepting coupons. I get that owning a franchise must be tough but if you’re not going to participate in subway-related promotions, don’t own a subway franchise. Either that or Subway corporate needs to do a better job of standardizing across all locations. There’s no way for the general public to know if the subway their entering is corporate or privately owned. Super frustrating. OK… Rant over.

Every single time I order through the app, the food is never ready when it is supposed to be, they forget items or don’t make the sandwiches correctly. Happy to charge extra for things they don’t give me.

Nebi is an excellent Subway employee who always goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. He is always friendly and helpful, and he is always willing to take the time to answer questions and explain the menu options. He is also very diligent in his duties, making sure to keep the Subway area clean and orderly. He is always on top of his work and always keeps an eye out for what needs to be done. He is a true asset to the Subway. He was also very patient with me when I asked for help and explained things in a clear and concise manner. He is an excellent employee and I highly recommend him.
