Nice new Costa Vida. Good food, slow service. Not sure if they missed the how to streamline the making a burrito day during training but it was tough to watch them flounder. It was clean, food was good, but don’t recommend if you want to get somewhere quick.

We were driving and wanted to make sure they were open on a Sunday. The lady that answered the phone at 10:54 said “”Hello”. I asked is this costa vida ? She hung up !!!! I called back once again answered Hello, I asked again if it was Costa Vida, she said yes, I asked why she didn’t answer “COSTA VIDA?” She said they don’t open till 11 am OMG SERIOUSLY!!!! Lose one star for customer service, Other then that food was good and customer service from the lady at the window was great.
Not exactly sure how the owner sees this as a great review. I did say food and lady at the window was good. But you would think they would have addressed the issue I did have. And say they would look into it and provided better customer service and better training !!! Unless the response was AI generated. Now that would make perfect sense

Went here for a late lunch during the week. The restaurant was really clean and well looked after! The food (burritos) were hot and fresh, they make each one to order right in front of you. They have a small outdoor seating area and a large lobby. The employees were friendly and really strived to make us feel welcomed. They are close to the freeway so it’s an easy stop. We will definitely be back!

It takes alot for me to leave a positive review. The girl in the drive through was a breath of fresh air! I wish I would’ve asked her name. She was probably in her 20s with dark brown hair and mentioned she has previously worked at chick fil a. I’ve been here several times in the past and it was a bad experience almost every single time. Either multiple things missing from my order, the works acts rude and inconvenienced, or just an overall bad experience. If this girl isn’t already promoted, she should be! I will be coming back just for her.

I ordered online, I thought it would make it easier since I knew I had a big order. Online said my order would be ready to pick up at 7pm… 7:20pm and they haven’t started on my order yet… apparently the drive thru cars were here first… even though I… ordered… online… at 6:30pm… I wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in! Spent $70 for dinner for my child’s birthday, and didn’t receive my food until 7:30pm. Either the estemsted times at this store needs to change, or the people do. I probably won’t be back. Burritos weren’t wrapped, and none of them were labeled so we didn’t know who’s was who’s. Whats the point to putting the name on the meal, if it’s not going to be labeled anyway? But hey, at least they offered me a free small drink for waiting an hour for sloppy, mislabeled food. now I remember why I go to Payson.

The staff here is always so friendly and welcoming. I came here a lot when I was on my trip to Nephi, and they knew my order by the second time I came by. The kitchen staff was very sweet and complimented my perfume! The older Mexican lady gave me coupons for Veterans Day! I love the staff here and the food is so yummy and reminds me of home whenever I miss my Mexican food! One of my favorite locations, nowhere else compares to this lovely place. I hope to visit again soon!!

Usually the people here are very cordial but not today. I took my wife out for lunch, we’re local. She ordered the Grilled Steak Enchilada’s. They put a lot of steak into her enchilada’s.
I ordered the shredded beef enchilada’s. The employee making the food put a lot of shredded beef into the first enchilada and only a little bit into the second one. I asked him to please add more meat to the second one, so he put a dab into the second one then reached into the first enchilada and took some of the meat out of that one and put it into the one with less.
When I said something about what I just watched him do, he said “Sorry, but I cannot give you more.” Then he put the mild sauce and the cheese in it and started to close it. I said, please put the refried beans inside of the enchilada. He argued with me and said, “usually they go on the outside.” At this point I was frustrated, and just said, “I don’t want it anymore.” We went to the register where the Manager Maria was standing.
The employee talked to Maria in Spanish about me, right in front of me.

I was pleasantly pleased with the whole atmosphere until Eddie from the back was asked to do something and mouthed off and was being insubordinate. Eddie is there to collect a paycheck and do minimal or no work (his words not mine). Avree was a gem! Greeted with a smile, Hustling with our food, and multitasking like a master.
