My 8 year old son is newly obsessed with Subway sandwiches. He’s quite the picky eater, so we’ll take the wins where we can get them. We come to this location for his 6 inch turkey sub, and it’s usually the same guy working. He’s very nice to my kiddo and knows his order at this point so it makes it extra fun. We appreciate him.

Ordered it to go yesterday. O, Boy… Subway is not the way used to be. It seems like it is going down—losing its business to the others doing better its taste, its price, its service, etc. Most likely, I would not eat any Subway again. The money that I spent on a 12-foot-long sub, I would rather pay for a good hot meal somewhere else.

I’m a fan of Subway. I was a little surprised that the person at the counter was not wearing a mask. Up to this point every store I had gone the employees were wearing masks (DT Everett location).

I had a great experience at this location! I usually get my sandwich on Flatbread and the gentleman explained politely and thoroughly how subway decided to stop selling it. He then gave me a fantastic recommendation on a different bread that was *almost* just as good. Food was fresh and delicious!

The worker who works at this time tonight is horrible, I’ve been to this location several times in hopes my experience would enprove. Tipped like usual. I think the tip option should be taken away when this guy works. Handled cash them veggies with same gloves. It’s starting to make sense why got sick after eating here last week.

This is a nice, clean Subway with pleasant employees. My sandwich was made well, though I used Postmates to order ahead; when I tried to choose mayonnaise & mustard the choice boxes were blacked out. Turns out the sandwich wasn’t made with any condiments, so kinda dry. It was good to be able to save time by ordering ahead, but next time I think I’ll just call.

This is going to be a tough review to write because my wife and I regularly visit Subway locations either at home or on the road. Until this visit we had NEVER encountered an issue with service at a Subway store.
On June 20, 2021 that all changed. I placed an order online for two sandwiches. The app indicated the order had been received and was being prepared then advised the order was ready for pick-up. When I arrived at this location the order was not ready and the employee on duty said no order had been received and that I probably had the wrong location. I assured the employee that I had the proper location and asked why my order was not ready. He repeated no order had been received but he would fill the order if I could provide the details – this was unacceptable since I had already paid for the order and did not want to be charged twice. After further heated discussion I returned to the hotel we were staying at, grabbed my laptop, and returned to the store to see if the order had been received yet – it still hadn’t been received and the employee still insisted he had only received one order online that afternoon. After much discussion and shouting I was finally able to have the employee get the owner on the phone who then walked the employee through how to pull up an order on the store computer – lo and behold I was at the right location after all! The employee reluctantly filled the order stating he “just wanted to get me out of there so he could go home”. I fault the owner for failing to properly train his employee on how to handle a situation such as this AND the employee for failing to take the initiative to call the owner for assistance at the outset of the problem. Had that taken place this long diatribe would be totally unnecessary.
CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION – THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER LOCATIONS TO CHOOSE FROM!

We were told they did not do kid sizes anymore, but the other subways we go to still do. This makes me think they just don’t want to, which seems lazy to me. The staff working were not that friendly and seemed too into the conversation amongst themselves to listen to my order, which made me repeat my order more then a few times. I will not be going back to this one

I ordered food from the app which is connected through DoorDash. Typically the DoorDasher leaves the food at the door and let’s us know through the thing that it’s been delivered but this time the dasher didn’t, she called us on a number that we don’t have anymore so we had no idea… then we called the store several times and we got no response what so ever which is frustrating I was hungry I work overnights and I just wanted to have some food and go to bed so me and my bf go to the store and which there was only one customer in the store and through out this whole time only had one other one and that’s it so I don’t understand why they couldn’t pick up the phone but anyways we talked to the worker trying to be nice about the situation but he kept interrupting wasn’t listening to what I had to say and assumed that I was saying something that wasn’t even close to what I was asking, just overall rude for no reason he said they have my food but they returned the money which was wasn’t even in my account still nor did the app say it was returned and he told us to just contact DoorDash support so we did the lady gave us options and the best option for us that we got was to have her talk to them and have them make out food again and give it to us so we get the food we paid for then when we did the guy refused to make us food THAT WE PAID FOR so in the end didn’t get food and I won’t get my money back til with in 2-3 business days. I’ve worked in the food industry for a long time and we always cared for the customers concerns and help them the best way possible but the proper customer service it’s being respectful and how you gain more customers as well and just building a good community in your restaurant, I also know how it is dealing with rude customers so I go out of my way to be as nice as possible for any worker out there. This wasn’t deserved.

Walked in this evening and the only guy working was some middle eastern looking young dude. He was on his personal phone when I walked in. I took a few seconds looking at the menu and took a step forward to let him know to get off his phone and take my order. He didn’t get this gesture, and continued his conversation at least another 30 seconds and then gave me the “1 sec” finger. As I’m getting a little irritated this whole time I was also looking up any other place in the area to pick up something fast to eat within walking distance. Just as I’m about to walk out he finally comes to take my order and makes my sandwich. Only reason I am reporting this is because I see a huge decline in customer service in the restaurant industry and feel as though the leadership needs to hold these kids accountable for being this blatantly disrespectful.
