Have been in there many times over the last few years. The food is always good. Sagun and Kiran in particular, are always very friendly and efficient. I always get exactly what I want in a timely and professional manner.

Had a lady come into my work for a training meeting and bought everyone sandwiches. I asked for a BLT, which stands for “bacon lettuce and tomato”, and black olives. The sandwich only had cheese, black olives, and bacon…..how does that work.

If you want to buy a sandwich here, you have to give a tip to worker. Otherwise You will get really bad feeling from worker…

Just like every other subway, worst customer service ever. Don’t know why I keep trying. They are the only fast food company in existence that forces employees to work alone for hours. They’re obviously not concerned in the slightest with employee safety. I’ve had several employees in the past tell me about close calls with violent intruders. Subway should be investigated.

I didn’t catch her name, but the lady working around 5pm on 4/6/23 was literally the nicest subway employee I have ever encountered. Not only.l did she make my order better than expected, she was so sweet. Thank you for the memorable experience!!!

I have been going to different subways since as long as I can remember and this was I’m sure my worst experience….
The First Lady who was making our salads was great. Then comes in another worker who had been cleaning and stocking potato chip bags on the shelves. She then did some texting on her phone. While she was doing all of this she had her clear gloves on that they use for handling food. She never changed her gloves and then she began helping to prepare our salads. I mentioned that this wasn’t professional after which she changed into new gloves. She was upset and didn’t apologize. I’m sure this happens at many restaurants but to actually see it was very disconcerting.
Also when I payed the credit card machine automatically included a tip without letting me choose.
I definitely will not be going back to this particular subway.

Standing outside after they’re supposed to open at 9am the girl clearly sees me here she is taking her time to open. That is poor service at its finest. Only white breads available. Bad for those who don’t eat white bread.
Update: Different day, again after 9am store isn’t open same girl just looks at me and finishes setting up for the day, customers waiting doesn’t seem to be a concern for her. I’ve worked at Subway before and I’m sure this goes against the policies of the company.
