They only staff one employee at a time, regardless of how busy they are. Honestly unless you’ve got a free 20 minutes to wait for food to be made I’d go elsewhere. Make sure you don’t mind your sandwich looking sloppy and being drowned in sauce, they don’t care about what you want on your sandwich.

Went to this particular subway in Seattle, if you’re having visited several over the years. As soon as I walked in, I felt like this was going to be a bad experience, and it was. She was the cheapest nastiest server I’ve ever encountered in a subway. The chipotle sauce was watered down. I wanted to have spinach on the sandwich she said there was none, when I pointed to the fact that there was spinach she reluctantly gave me just few leaves when I asked for more she in a very nasty way said no. All the toppings were very limited in quantity and even though I asked for more she would not. I asked her to cut the Patties she refused. So then I insisted and very reluctantly she did it. Also this place is highly under staffed we had to wait for 20 mins to be served but never go there.

Ordered a Cold cut combo. Employee puts bologna on it and no other meat. I ask him why he only put one kind of meat on it, and he says that’s all it comes with. Since the menu board doesn’t list what is in the sandwiches, I rolled with it. Look it up online later and yeah, no. I was either lied to or the employee didn’t know what he was talking about.

The lady at the front counter was very rude and impatient. I wanted a steak and cheese but they were extremely stingy with the amount of steak they put on the sandwich, not even giving me two whole scoops like they usually do for a footlong. I wanted to order each topping after my sandwich was done toasting so I come ask for the amount that I wanted but she hurried me through the toppings and was again very stingy with them. The whole meal was way overpriced with these shortcomings. Then a man came in and politely asked for a cup of water and the lady at the counter attempted to charge him 50¢ for it. So rude and would recommend going to any other Subway. This one is not worth it.

This is one of those Subways that do the absolute minimum. No smiles or greetings. Minimum toppings on the sandwich. Half the tables are dirty and need to be wiped. They asked me to leave after sitting there 35 minutes because the woman said that I was loitering. There is no sign posted with a time limit. I spent $12.00 and was asked to leave a empty restaurant. There are many other options near by that serve great food. Give them your business. They deserve it. This location will disappoint you.

Zero stars. Asian women very rude. The store was posted as open, the lights were all on, but the door was locked. Asian women would not even look or acknowledge me at the door so I knocked. She eventually came to the door yelling at me “no knock on my window”. Terrible service. Will not return!
