Hmm okay, I ordered subway today for my viewers as a reward for their contributions. I ordered via DoorDash as the food comes to the king, the king does not come to the food. Okay. I ordered a robust order of 3 sandwiches and a cookie . I devoured the lot, my wife Catherine was most disappointed I didn’t save the meatball marinara sub for her while she was with her friend Tyrone, okay. Very nice. Hello jayde.

Took a long time on the prior order before mine, and bought and paid for cookies and they never gave them to me. I called, the lady acknowledged she forgot to put my cookies in my bag and asked if I wanted to drive back and get them. No, I’m already home. Just try and not forget items in the future. Placed a mobile order, arrived at the store 5-10 minutes after the app said my order would be ready. I waited in line behind 1 person that arrived just before I did. When it was my turn, I tell the lady that I was there to pick up my order, and my sandwich wasn’t even started yet.
As the lady makes my sandwich, she’s very rude. Even though she has my receipt in front of her, she wanted me to tell her what to add, doesn’t want to give me additional cheese that I already paid for, and skimps on the veggies. She also insisted that I get a fountain drink, not the 20 ounce Coke that I also already paid for.
I won’t be going back. Togo’s or Jersey Mike’s has better sandwiches and the customer service is quite a bit better.

If you want Subway go to any other location. Placed an order online for 2 sandwiches, and the site said it would be ready in about 25 minutes. When I got to my car 30 minutes later, I got a notification that the order was ready, but when I arrived at the store the lady pulled the receipt with my order and started making my sandwiches. This was close to 10pm and the store was empty. To top off the bad experience, the sandwiches were some of the lowest quality Subway sandwiches I have ever had.

They didn’t know how to ring up some gift cards I wanted to purchase. The owner arrived and he couldn’t figure it out either. After 90 minutes, the owner told me to “just leave” No apology was offered. I went to another Subway and purchased $100 worth of gift cards in less than 5 mins, and after hearing what happened she offered me a free cookie to boot. I will never return to this place. Rude and incompetent people will not get my money.

Do not go here! Terrible customer service. Rude. We have gone here in the past and they have accepted coupons. Today they lost several customers for good.
The Subway website had a special BOGO 12″ free at participating locations. At 4:15 I search to see who is participating and find this location. I place my order to be ready at 7:15. I immediately receive a confirmation of the order and a receipt for PayPal during the you my money. At 6:56, I receive another email telling me my order is almost ready and listing both sandwiches. When I arrive at 7:15, my sandwiches are not ready, have not even been started. The clerk tells me my order was cancelled. I show her the emails to prove the order was not cancelled. Her English is very bad she cannot understand me and is rambling not making any sense. She asks if I want to talk to the manager, then tells me manager is not there. Won’t give me my money back. I insist on getting something for my money so she offers to make me one sandwich only and insists I have to pay more for the second one.

On a busy Saturday afternoon, there was only ONE person working both orders and cashier. There were multiple online orders ahead of walk in customers, and they had to wait for walk in traffic to be taken care of. Shame on you Subway for doing that to your employee and not fair to customers either.
