This place was not run well before, however just last week was bought by new owners who know how to run the place. Picked up the other day and pizza and Crazy Bread were both baked perfectly!!!!! They said they will be open 7 days a week and not randomly closed like with past owners. Happy to have a well run Little Caesars back in Lockport!!

Did on-line order shortly after 11am on a Tuesday, get to business and door closed. Sign and hours listed show open. Try calling business and no answer. Thought ok maybe just opening little late. Nope! Never coming here again, wasted an hour waiting.

Last Wednesday went to pick up an order placed online and when I got there was a sign on the door that said closed due to oven not working. Not only did I not receive a call that they could not fulfill my order my credit card was charged. And of course when I tried to call I saw there closed all weekend. I wonder how many other orders were charged but did not receive their order.

Worst customer service and wait time was even longer . Got my order wrong no apology or anything. Even when I was already waiting a long time in a school night . Only to get my pizza and it wasn’t right . The worker said I ask if you wanted pepperoni . I said no you didn’t you asked me nothing you walked away from me which I found rude but just waited for worker to come back he never came back . I never ate red meat so why would I agree to pepperoni. No apology or anything for the issue and my time wasn’t valued at all because I wasted so much of there . Safe to say I would never go back . You can’t even call no one answers the phone

I was so excited when this location opened, but it has been such a disappointment. The point of “Hot N Ready”, is that they actually have pizzas that are indeed “Hot and Ready” to purchase. This location NEVER has pizzas “Hot N Ready”. When you walk in, no one will greet you for at least 10+ minutes, since they are always understaffed.

Do not waste your time with this location. Hours aren’t posted on the door, the door is always locked and you have to wait to be let in, and the hours on Google aren’t correct. I feel so sorry for the people who have to work here but who on earth is running this store?! It’s absolutely terrible!

Absolutely bad. Firstly, they gave me pepperoni instead of the cheese I ordered. I tried calling when I noticed it was the wrong order, the phone is constantly busy. Drove back, staff was a bunch of younger kids dressed in pajama pants. No professionalism in dress code nor in verbal communication. Did not offer anything complimentary for giving me the wrong order. On top of that, the pepperoni I returned was put back in the warmer, which is a big mistake in the food service industry. This place needs to get inspected by the health department.

The portal doesn’t work when they put your order in the wrong slots. The workers don’t speak to you. They are too busy with their headphones in to realize they have customers. But the food was delicious.
