It was nice to see two kiosks where you could choose to order from or order in person. One of the kiosks was not attached to the square so you were unable to pay. We had to reenter our whole order on the other kiosk in order to pay.

The food was served quite quickly as they have a separate prep area for kiosk orders vs ordering in front of the food bar in person.

Birria Burrito Regular: The taste of the meat itself was good but it did not really reflect what I expect birria to taste like. It was tender juicy meat but not very flavorful. The taste was overpowered by pickled onions and so many bell peppers. It was also not wrapped correctly with the ends opened and all the filling to the side. I attempted to push the ends closed to eat but I would have had to unwrap and rewrap the entire thing. This resulted in an eating experience where the filling was all falling out and the sour cream was all over the bottom of the wrap from how it was originally wrapped.

Carnitas Regular Burrito: This felt more like a veggie burrito with meat than a carnitas burrito. Again this burrito was stuffed with pickled onion and peppers but barely had any meat. The meat itself did not have much flavor. This burrito was also wrapped incorrectly with the ends opened and filling outside of the side seam. Had to edit because my tortilla was literally sopping wet on the outside. Still not sure what that was.

Overall the burritos were annoying to eat as the fillings spilled everywhere.

Birria Taco: This one was a little misleading as the photo showed the taco coming with consume but it does not. Overall the taco shell was pretty good but again the meat was not that flavorful. You get probably a tablespoon / tablespoon and a half of meat in the taco.

The guac was brown on the top when you open the lid. I guess you know it is fresh since it browns but i don’t expect to get browned guac when paying around $3 for a small cup.

I am not sure that I would come back after this experience but if you do make sure to order in person as the workers seemed more experienced with making the items and wrapping the burritos. Portions and ratios of ingredients seemed better for those who ordered in person in front of the food bar.

Tough to write, but aligned with a lot of the other feedback- I’m someone who spent a LOT of time at the Brookline and Cambridge locations in the early 00’s, and since I’ve moved west I was excited for this location to show up, but it’s a far cry from the heyday of Anna’s.

I got a super steak burrito with salsa and guacamole, which I have plenty of experience with (particularly from the Harvard Ave location), and this was a far cry from what I used to love. Instead of tender and flavorful, the steak was cubed and very chewy. The burrito was also overstuffed with overcooked rice, and barely held itself together (something that Anna’s burritos typically excel at). My wife got the Carnitas and it was fine, but again, not nearly as enjoyable as it should have been.

Service was fine, dining in was clean and no issues there.

Anna’s was an absolute go to back in the day, and my choice for favorite burrito in the city. I would love to get that experience back, but work to be done at this location to get to that level.

This was my first time at the Natick location as I’ve been to the Boston location before. I got the birria quesadilla with birria sauce and it was so flavorful I give this a 10/10 and definitely will come back!

Food was amazing! Generous portions, fair prices, and the space is beautiful and welcoming.

You can order from two self-service screens at the entrance or go to the counter in the back to pick your ingredients as they make your bowl or burrito. The space is much bigger than the previous restaurant (B.Good), with plenty of indoor seating and a couple of outdoor tables. AC was on and set at a perfect temp—super comfortable inside.

We ordered a 10” and a 12” burrito. The 12” is huge—great for bigger appetites. The 10” was perfect for me. We had chipotle chicken with pico (has cilantro), pickled onions (so good!), peppers, rice, pinto beans, and sour cream (extra cost). Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. Also got chips and guac—the guac doesn’t have cilantro, which is great for those who don’t love it.

Bonus: I love when restaurants carry their decor into the restrooms—it’s a small detail, but it really shows care and attention to the space. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Let me start my review by saying I’ve been managing kitchens for a little over a decade now. I could tell within 5 minutes of walking into the restaurant that the poor girl running the register had received very minimal training and had not been put in a position to succeed by her management staff. It took over 20 minutes just to get a doordash order picked up, simply because she seemed a little too shy to be active at her job and needed more coaching to know what to do. This is not a reflection on this poor girl, but rather a reflection on a management staff that would set their teammates and team members up for failure by providing improper and insufficient training. I have gotten the food before too, My opinion on the food is that it is bland and basic and you can definitely do it better at home, but if you’re in a rush and need something cheap, it’s worth the price, just don’t expect it to Wow you!.

I can’t begin to imagine how difficult it is to run a restaurant at this present time. I also do not like to leave negative reviews as I understand how fickle customers can be and how challenging of an environment it is. However, I went in here, expecting a decent quality burrito, fresh ingredients, and similar experiences to the Anna’s I used to frequent in the city. I was starving, but could not finish my food. The rice was undercooked and hard, the meat was mostly fat and gelatinous and tasted as if it had been reheated several times over.

Extremely disappointing experience and not at all how I remember Anna’s Taqueria.

I ordered online and the pickup said 6 but I didn’t get my order until 15 minutes later, I said fine maybe they are busy but then when I opened my order they completely screwed it up! This is one of the worst Anna’s I’ve been too I would recommend you find another to save your money.

I love Anna’s! I was pumped to see they opened out this way. Having been a long time patron of most of their other locations so I had high standards, and was expecting what I know Anna’s to be capable of. I have visited this location now 4 times and all times have been great. I understand there can be challenges at a new location. Just stick to what has been proven successful and everything else falls into place. Good work! Next restaurant in Bellingham?!?!

Food quality keeps getting worse. Beans are barely cooked. Rice seems to be the cheapest kind. Almost $3 for 1 spoon of guacamole. Chicken tastes like rubber. Love Anna’s in Cambridge but this one is anything but a mexican taqueria.
