Slowest service I have ever experienced at Subway. Employee complained for 20 minutes that they had a 10 sandwich phone order and we would have to wait. Horrible service and lack of caring for customers standing right in front of them. Rolled their eyed when we wanted extra mayonnaise. Will be avoiding this place in the near future or until they can get their act together. Lastly, the Manager was more concerned about baking bread than helping customers.

This review is a reflection of the staff at the time of its writing, not necessarily the food. Employees were rude to some customers ahead of us (to be fair, they were prissy richer folk) but it made the atmosphere hostile. after we got our food the two employees went outside and started smoking a blunt and a cigarette. i get it, but at least try and hide it lol.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday at 1:30 and there was only one employee working with 20 people in line no joke and people kept coming. In addition he was getting online orders he was all by himself.. Valentin kept his cool, remain calm, super friendly, super apologetic for the wait times. This guy deserves a raise and an extra day off and if he’s looking for a new job, I’d hire him in a heartbeat!

Took our online order. Said it was ready and the door was locked when we showed up. Open for another hour and a half but no one there. Lights on, chairs down off tables. Oven lights still on. Waited a half hour in case on break. No worker ever showed. Ridiculous. Maybe the 5 sandwich order was overwhelming

I like Subway. I tend to get the coldcut combo on wheat bread. Not today. (Sisters Or location) Some how they had allowed their supply’s of just about everything to run out. They were out of all bread except white and flat bread. They were also out of lettuce, and running out of all the other toppings and meats. Low as in they were telling people in line that they would only be able to make 5 – 10 more sandwichs depending on what was ordered. The staff was doing the best they could, but who every orders the supplys had let them down.

Automated drive through speaker greets you, so you sit there forever like a chump until you call and the folks inside tell you the drive-through is closed down. It’s 5pm on a weekday. Sign says drive-thru is open until 8pm. Either block the drive-through, post a correct sign or hire employees with integrity. You lost a whole family’s business.
