The employee closing today was absolutely amazing! She was so patient and kind with us even though we placed an order close to closing time mistakenly. The restaurant was really clean & tidy including the bathrooms. Great place to grab a tasty sandwich and awesome customer service.

UPDATE: still have no received my refund from this experience after contacting them multiple times. DO NOT GO HERE.
I really wish I could give this store the benefit of the doubt, but I just can’t. The last few experiences have not been good and this last one was the cherry on top.
I place an online order around 6:10p to be picked up at 6:30p. I paid, did all that and showed up a few min early. It showed my order ready to picked up online, however the door was locked. The was a sign that said “sorry out of lettuce” taped to the door but that was all.
The lights were on, food still in the containers. We knocked and called and even went through the drive through and waited and nothing. I left a voicemail and never heard back. I get being short staffed… I get, I do. But don’t leave online ordering on, make the store look open, then lock the doors and not make any effort. Not cool. Also, would really like my refund if the manager sees this

The lady was great. It was busy and she kept her composure while helping her colleague with the register, taking orders from the drive through, building our sandwiches and all while smiling. I did not envy her. Only two workers at the time and the dude was struggling. It’s Subway, so the food is fine but the rating is for her.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday at 1:30 and there was only one employee working with 20 people in line no joke and people kept coming. In addition he was getting online orders he was all by himself.. Valentin kept his cool, remain calm, super friendly, super apologetic for the wait times. This guy deserves a raise and an extra day off and if he’s looking for a new job, I’d hire him in a heartbeat!

There’s new staff and they’re so friendly. Randy made my sandwich tonight and it’s probably the best made one I’ve ever received. I’m guessing the manager, was also very pleasant. They all had great attitudes even though they’re short staffed. If I didn’t just get a new job, after this experience, I would consider them. Very clean, newly redone, great staff, and needing just two more employees to open the drive thru again!

Accidentally place the order at the wrong store online. Called to let them know, fully aware there was no refund, but just admitting my mistake. Was put on speaker phone and yelled at and kind of shamed, just trying to let them know they can give my sandwiches away that I am fully ok paying for.
Didn’t realize I placed an order for a footlong Idiot sandwich with the complimentary crazy Cookie.
Good Luck with your sandwiches Sisters, OR.

It seemed like the one car in front of me took forever to complete the order, but after I finally was at the order location, it became clear why. The popular franchise had just 2 employees working & the process seemed out of wack when I got my order it was devoid of the ingredients I asked for: no lettuce, no onions & no chips that were paid for. I had to drive from the drive drive thru & go in to complete the order. The man making the sandwiches was very polite & apologetic, offered several cookies to show genuine care. The lady at the pick-up window was very nice, yet seemed a little overwhelmed. I know how difficult it is for restaurant owners to stay afloat in this inflationary economy along with a challenging labor market. I believe this franchise owner needs to make a few tweaks to the drive thru operation & things will improve. I will go back because I enjoy the food.
☆ I can recommend this & all Subway restaurants. To me, it’s an American pastime for decades that needs patronage during a challenging economic dilemma.

This review is a reflection of the staff at the time of its writing, not necessarily the food. Employees were rude to some customers ahead of us (to be fair, they were prissy richer folk) but it made the atmosphere hostile. after we got our food the two employees went outside and started smoking a blunt and a cigarette. i get it, but at least try and hide it lol.

Everything on the line is frozen….. the lines are ridiculous and when I commented on how poorly made my sandwich was they ignored me.
