No tomatoes on a Monday at 1045? What kind of sandwich place has no tomatoes. Lettuce bins filled with brown lettuce? Who serves that? Used to be decent place. Won’t be going back. Hopefully someone comes along and opens up a Jersey Mikes in this town.

I just went to an Monmouth subway ordered my two sandwiches got to the cash register to pay for them with my coupon like I always take him down there and he says we no longer except the coupons that are two or three sandwiches and of course you don’t know it because there’s no signs up anywhere, and a small sign by the cash register. Why don’t you have it on the door so when people come in, they know you don’t take so instead of my sandwiches being 1299 like what I thought it was paying they ended up being 2699. I will not ever go back there. You are gonna lose out on a lot of business because a lot of people use the coupons we can go to independence and use the coupon and that’s where I will send keep going. I will drive all the way there. I live two blocks from the Monmouth!And they don’t say nothing until you get a cash register or I would’ve not ordered my sandwiches. You need to have a sign at the front door so you know what you’re walking into!!!!! not after you’ve already make the sandwiches!!!!

Here I sit wishing there was a zero star rating. I didn’t take a picture of my burnt sandwich because I assumed Subway would do the right thing and replace it for me. Not only was their response to my complaint insulting and rude, but I ended up with no refund, no replacement, not even a coupon. My sandwich wasn’t even a sandwich as it was so burnt it was inedible.

MOST IMPORTANT FACT: 1) IT’S A SUBWAY. This is NOT fine dining. If you have eaten at a Subay then you know what to expect. Overall they are ALL the same. The food and atmosphere are GENERIC. Where they can NOT and are NOT the same is in the employees. So a person could rate both food and atmosphere in MOST CASES the same. However NO TWO PEOPLE ARE THE SAME. I do not remember the name of the young man who helped me but he was great. MOST IMPORTANT…..he listened to me. It has been years since I have been in a Subway. I realize “IT’S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE ” but I was not sure what I wanted and pricing (does something cost extra). He gave this OLDER MAN extra attention and help. So, that’s what made me give 5 stars for him. Too bad Biden-itis has infected me and I can not remember his name.

Not sure if this is a reoccur issue at this location, but so far everytime I order online they are out of 2/3 of their products. I get being out of a couple vegetable options for the sandwiches but being out of everything besides jalapeños, spinach, and banana peppers seems a bit weird. It might just be a staffing or stocking issue but I have ran into this problem quite frequently here. Hopefully something changes or more evaluation on what they have would be beneficial for them.

For a 2nd time now we ordered delivery off the website from this store and they cancelled our order without any explanation or even the courtesy of a call. Had I not check my email after 30 mins I wouldn’t have even known. This is ridiculous, IF you are going to cancel the order have the courtesy to actually call the customer and inform them.

I got a footlong veggie which was okay, sauce was dripping off my sandwich, very excessive. However, my wrap that I ordered to have to lunch the next day had RAW UNCOOKED BACON, how is that safe to serve to customers?? I’m very disappointed with this location lately
