Nick is new employee here. Doing his best on his own. See him juggling a lot and all things considered I am impressed. There’s another night time worker, Lauren I think? Impressive. Derrick did an amazing job for us! A large order from another place wasn’t fulfilled, and he went above and beyond to make a huge amount of sandwiches for us with a short time frame. He saved us from having a whole robotics team being hangry, and it was much appreciated!

This location needs help!! The quality of food and service was great. The poor single tenant at the front was completely alone, serving 5 customers and doordash orders. Why on a Thursday night no one else was there to help make these orders, I’ll never know. Get your head in gear Subway, no one should be alone in any business sitting, it’s not safe and not smart, don’t hurt your employees to save a buck or two

I got my sandwich, which I ordered at 4:30pm it said it would be ready at 5:15pm, which I’m fine with but got my sandwich at 5:35 pm. The guy making them set my order as ready even though I got there at 5 pm and it wasn’t ready. He decided to help 4 other customers and was late with my order. I work in customer service so I know and get that it takes long to help customers but placing my order as ready and still taking 20 more minutes to make my sandwich. On top of that he didn’t toast it. The guy was nice but order took way too long. I’m paying and I don’t usually complain because I love to give positive reviews. Definitely not satisfied
